[Resolved] IDFC Bank — vouchers still pending | |||
I have purchased vouchers from instacred emi worth rs 50000 on july 1st. It was said that the vouchers will be delivered in 3 business days but today it's been 7 days and yet i haven't received any vouchers And also the emi tenure is planned which will deduct the emi next month. I haven't also received anything from the bank I hope you will look into it. I have purchased flipkart gift voucher on 14/06/2019 it is mentioned that the voucher will be received within 3 working days but till now(29/06/2019) the voucher is not received wrote 5 to 6 mails and called the customer care but they are providing false information.Even called customer care multiple times but still not resolved.
