IDFC First Bank — IDFC Bank imps transaction timed out and amount debited but receiver did not receive the amount

Yesterday I was trying to transfer 6000/- from IDFC imps (UPI). The payment was failed and it was showing Timed out but my money was deducted from my account. After submitting complains too many times and also I have spoken to the customer support but not received my money back yet. As per RBI policy I should received my money back within 24 hours but I haven't received yet.
