[Resolved] IDFC First Bank — wrongly debited bouncing charges and wrong emi adjustment | |||||
Dear sir, i have a personal loan from your bank a/c no.17395250 from idfc first bank. I have been suffering their ecs system from from saving bank a/c no. [protected] of sbi. I have many times complain to idfc first bank, but they did not solved and correction my loan a/c. I have pay every emi on every month on date and four month emi bounced, but they are every month wrongly cheque bounced on my saving a/c and deducted bouncing charges from savings a/c & loan a/c. One person name rahul debnath of their agent collect cash from my house but did not deposited in loan a/c on dated 03/12/19 (Ph. No.[protected]). I have pay emi on 03/03/2020 but wrongly adjust that amount to bouncing charges & others charges. Sir i have request to you for solve my this loan a/c do needful action at the earliest.
