My loan no.25340227. From april to june i given moratorium under rbi guidelines. But idfc peoples called me and asked to pay emi through online if possible. So i made a online payment on may 13th. After that they charged me as late payment of rs.600 for april and may, how shall i pay when this is your mistake or should i sent a complaint to rbi with your message and loan details. I already sent more than 5 complaint mails to you still you saying i made late payment. Very worst service i regret for taking loan in your company.in future i won't take any loan or recommend to anyone.

Am paying EMI AMOUNT exactly the same time and I never miss any EMI but I got charged amount of 300 as a late fee why it was happening

    Unable to reach out to customer support it has been more than 2 months. It keeps on rotating the same message.
    Not sure if that's working. Pathetic customer care service.

    I would suggest no one should use idfc fasttag.

      I bought an dishwasher from bajaj electronics through idfc first bank. They said you will get a cashback of 5000 after your 4th emi while buying. But when i contact them they are saying disbursement from stores got late so we are unable to process the cashback. They simply fooling the people saying cashback and providing lame reasons when we ask about it even though mistake is from bank side..
      I contacted so many times bank manager but no response,
      Please don't take loans from idfc in future to avoid false offers

        I'm steve, i bought a personal loan for mobile purchase from idfc bank. From april to june under rbi order i provided with 3 months moratorium. April month all 3 loans not passed as per rbi order. But on month of may a idfc staff called me and asked to pay due by online if possible. So i made a online payment on may 13, 2020. After making payment they treated it as late fee and april month as bounce and charged me rs.600. When i asked about this they just said, due date is monthly 2nd, u made late payment u have to pay charges. Why should i pay late fee when i'm given moratorium for 3 month.

            Flipkart had assigned me 5, 000 rupees as my paylater credit and upon checking my cibil score, i was shocked to fine that idfc had granted me 60, 000 worth of loan, i have noticed a foul play here and would like to take this as high as possible if we just think about the masses of the people involved in flipkart paylater, we cam guess what big a scam this is. I would like to have a resolution on this as soon as possible

                    I am atish shilkar my loan account from idfc bank is 26212627 and 26212740. During period our rbi bank has declared that no any more emi and overdue and there will be no any ach and rtn charges will be cut from bank.. But tjsb bank has cut rtn charger... We have proof from idbi bank... Our 2500 rps has credited from my account as rtn and ach charger... So that i want to do complaint to rbi.. So that i will get my money

                      May i know why i charged for late fee rs.600 during moratorium period. Or should i make an complaint. Worst service, planning to make false charges and getting money from customers. Regred choosing idfc. Further in future i won't apply for loan from your company and won't recommend to anyone. Should post this issue on social media.

                          Hi i brought washing machine from bajaj electronics in the month of DEC-2019 and EMI deduction was started from Jan-2020, during purchase they said after 5 EMIs, there will be 3 months EMI will be credited in your bank. But still ididnt received

                                I paid an advance amt. Of emi - 2188/- for the month of june'2020 on 2nd may'2020. I'm trying to connect to the loan department for last one month to get my amount adjusted or refunded but whenever i call to that number it always says switched off. I tried to connect from the customer care number they say that we are unable to connect or your problem is recorded and you'll get a call within 24 hours. Neither i got any calls nor my mobile number got connected to the loan department. If these are the services you provide to your customers then this is my first and last time that i took loan from this bank. I'm really dissatisfied with the services of yours. I'm never going to recommend for this bank to any one else. Really hate the services.
