Sir a aeps transcation was failed but money was debited customer account please refund this money quickly
Money was debited 3020 rupees 06/04/20 at 20.00.25 a/c no:[protected].

It's been 2 months and i haven't returned yet
Please help and refund money as soon as possible....

I paid an advance amt. Of emi - 2188/- for the month of june'2020 on 2nd may'2020. I'm trying to connect to the loan department for last one month to get my amount adjusted or refunded but whenever i call to that number it always says switched off. I tried to connect from the customer care number they say that we are unable to connect or your problem is recorded and you'll get a call within 24 hours. Neither i got any calls nor my mobile...

But sorry to say service is very very poor, number which you have mentioned in website its always switched off [protected]. Please stop making fool us if you are not able to provide service then shut down this bank. Requesting please ask your some senior person like md or ceo try to dial above customer care number. I am manikanta bn having account in idfc first bank a/c [protected]. I visited ujjivan atm in pandavapura, mandya, karnataka-571434 to withdraw the money from my debit card. The amount i tried to withdraw is rs 7000. The issue is i did not received cash from atm but the money got deducted from my account.

Is this how you treat your customers? I have recorded that call and when i ask him why are you calling my facebook friends he was saying tu chor hai and he was literally shouting at me...

I have complained twice but there is no action yet by the bank. I recharged my wheels eye wallet on 12 th february with 1000 rs and transferred the amount to my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885. But it is denied on toll plazas to pass as they are not seeing any balance in my fastag despite having 1000 rs in it.
Kindly do something regarding this.
