I went to idp kolkata and radhika seth maam and she send me to seema maam for australia case as my case was bit complicated i showed patience but they have taken things so lightly that they don't even think that they should answer my calls or revert me back they never informed me about anything, they wasted my time and because of wat my chance for other country have also dropped down because the intakes are closed because of their irresponsible behavior and they never revert me back and they never even shared any email with me from the university plus they reply me that we will contact you and they didn't.

My wife registered for ielts exam and registered for 23th nov as the date of her exam. We were told that the speaking test will be 7 days prior or 7 days later the lrw test. When the slot opened (On 13th) the only available dates were 19/20 nov and my wife was on an official tour from 18th to 22nd. So we called the call center and also sent mail asking for a date after 23rd as she was out of station. As informed by the call center agent we gave the proof (Ticket details) for her being out of town but even then she received a mail stating that the speaking test will be on 20th november. Again we contacted the call center and they said they will escalate the matter. We have been trying to follow up from 14th and there is no response. We received a mail to the first mail she sent stating the date is 20th (Whereas we never selected the date as we were trying to get a date post 23rd). After receiving the mail we again sent 2 mails and called as well to escalate but no response has been received. Now when we call its just said the matter is escalated and to wait. When the option is given t select dates there needs to be options for both prior as well as post the lrw test date.

I am a software engineer and working in mnc gurgaon, i give general ielts exam and score 9 in reading 7.5 in listening 6 in speaking and 7.5 in writing, idp is just money maker company they wont give you desire band they just play with your career, i need 8, 777 bands and i give 5 times general ielts exam but each time they deduct band in one module, but i’m sure that i score well in exam, so this is my request to all of you please don’t waste money on this # test, they just making their money and won’t give you desired band, a proper action should need followed on these money maker agencies,

I am confident enough that there is some breach at your end. My marks are being changed or wrongly given by your examiner.

Just to verify that i had given two exams and i am complaining your team about it as what happened during my speaking test day

There could be 2 possibility one is someone erasing my answers or misposting of result as 5 bands are not acceptable. Secondaly, the way examiner put questions in between my statements without letting me complete could be a reason. I would have complained but my speaking went very good but why should i suffer always because of negligence of your team members. The last time also i was shouting that your team members hiding my complaint form but your team didn't understand.

This time i want your team to investigate what happened on speaking test and find out why low marks are given by examiner or else refund my money for last 2 exams.

If you guys cannot do this then you guys are aware that erasing answers and marking low is a serious matter & eor is not the solution as i already given reexam. Your few team members are playing with my career and i won't let this happen. I have all the exams result plus incidents happened earlier with me i am going social media with all those proofs and going to involve cnn media in all this if money and seat is not given.

I will pull out all previous 4 exams answer sheets and will take each and every person involve in this to court and will show how a brand name like idp is cheating here in india.
Its upon you guys whether investigate internally or externally.

Hi, this is nalini seth and i appeared for idp general test on 26 october 2019 however i am not satisfied with my scorecard for reading section. My score obtained is l-8.5 r-6.5 w-7 s-7.5 however this was my 4th attempt and i have been consistently getting 7.5-8 score in my reading section and confident about 26th exam i appeared for.

I have submitted an eor request with invoice details e/11-20hr0001059, kindly have the exam check thoroughly please

Yesterday, I have booked the IELTS general test by visiting an institute in my home town Ropar for Nawanshahr test location with test date on 23 Nov, 2019 .
I have made payment using my debit card and payment was deducted from account and I haven't received any confirmation for the test slot booking .
Please help me with the proper information .

Its been almost 2 months since i've filed a revaluation for my speaking test score and there is no output from your side. These are the peak months going on and i want the result asap. Today i went for my speaking and it was held at moga in hotel kingdom. I applied for idp. Speaking time was 12.00' o clock and my examiner was a male and he was sitting in 108 room no. His behiavour was very rude towards me as he did not look at me he was putting questions regularly and he did not give me time for giving answers. And when i tried to give answers he was making bad face expressions. I am very sad and i think examiners should be awared that one who is speaking in front of them spent lot of for taking this exam.

I have booked a slot today 25th oct 2019, for ielts general exam dtd 2nd nov 2019. While registering for ielts exam on idp website, post completing the payment formalities a popup shown on idp website page stating = "payment rejected by bank"

Surprisingly, an amount valuing rs 13250 has been debited from my bank account, in favor of " ccaieltsidpindia

I registered a slot with email id as = azam. [protected]@gmail.com & mobile number bearing [protected]. I humbly request you to resolve the issue at the earliest, & share the user details.

I only took 5 band in my speaking despite of speaking at length and making any single grammatical mistake... Even i use lexical resources everything was ok.. Still i got 5. I want justice and my exam was on 11 october 2019 at patiala clarion inn amps... Otherwise i will case on this because this is not good... Examiners should evaluate the students according to their performance but i didn't get desired score even last time i took exam from british council and i got 6 in speaking but why not this time?? Plus my result is not shown on internet i only received it through text message

Hey im from barnala recently i gave my ieltes exam in idp my speaking examiner lady is so old and i cant understand any question they do not speak any question clearly and when i try to give answer she stop me in middle the even not give a chance to complete my answer she was in room number 203 hotel radiant plaza barnala on 21 oct 2019 it is my humble request to idp plz only give job under the age 50 every student who gave speaking in 203 have same problem please focus on your examiners and special on room number 203 i don’t know the name ho the examiner 1 module put negative affect on overall score and people do not have too much money for refill the exam again and again students all future is set on ielts band score so please focus on your speaking examiner

I have given my ielts exam.
My speaking test was on 18 october 2019 that was in ymca international house 18, ymca road, mumbai central, south mumbai.
This was my second time giving ielts exam so i was having an idea how questions are asked by the examiner.
On the second time my speaking test was not good due to examiner attitude and behavior.
He was extremely rude from starting to end and he did not let me complete my answer properly.
This is not correct i pay so much money for the ielts exam and this kind of examiner i get. Due to his bad attitude i was also not able to think properly. Please take action as soon as possible or other students will also experience the same.

Mr. Tushant narula did deception during ielts exam on 19/10/2019 at ratan resort sri ganganagar, he helped a candidate who was sitting in row 5 by providing wrist watch (With inbuilt device) to him and also helped few candidates in row 6 those are belong to gujarat. He did this in the favor of big chunk of money. Some other idp invigilators are also involved in this act of shame.

This is in regards to the test procedure i attended on 28th sep 2019 at hyderabad, india. Although i was able to complete the test, there was a complete mismanagement, and unprofessional attitude towards the candidates, or even the process. There was a chaos at the test center and i was very disturbed while writing my academic writing essays, as i saw police entering the exam hall. There was no extra time given for us to complete the exam, i request some action to be taken on the organizers/ management so that they don't repeat this for the future prospective students.

I appeared for ielts, lrw test on 28th september 2019. The examination was conducted in best western ashoka hall which is in india (Hyderabad)
There was a power cut during reading test and even disruption during listening test because of which i lost my concentration & also the staff over there did not provide me additional sheet on time during my writing exam, upon asking for many times they came with an additional sheet & asked me to first full fill all the formalities such as name candidate number on additional sheet during the exam time moreover i was not allowed to carry my wrist watch into exam hall and even the time on the display was stopped for a while during the writing test and the staff over there was frequently announcing the time after seeing their watches, but they did not remind at the end of few minutes & directly snatched the answer sheets after the completion of time without prior informing. Therefore i request you to justify this by either allowing me to retake the test or come up with a fare conclusion according to you

I gave my ielts test on 1 august but still my result is delayed and i am felling very depressed whenever i send email to idp customer care they reply me very simply by sending the same under investigation message. My whole future will be ruined by this result . Kindly give me result it was my hard work donot play with our feelings. It is a humble request please send my result as soon as possible because my future is at stake. Even i pray to the god daily for my result please give my result .

I took idp general training test in amritsar at humble una on 7th of september 2019. I had a terrible experience at that center. It was such a disorganized management at the center. The test was suppose to start at 1’o clock. But in actual it started at 2’o clock and no one cared to inform the candidates about the reason for the delay. Later on one of the candidate asked the invigilator about the delays and they told them that there system is not working. Why everything was tested prior to the exam. There were people who came from far and there family waited in such a hot weather without any notice for about 2 hours. Alot of people wanted to complain about this but no one actually told us the proper way to address the issue.

Not only this. My speaking test was held 8th september 2019 which was at comfort inn aistonia, amritsar it was equally disturbing and horrible experience. The guys who were doing the registration were harassing people including myself. They asked to people to give them 2 xerox copies of the passport. As per i am aware, its nowhere mentioned in official idp email that we need anything else expect official id (Passport). Still people tried to get the xerox from the hotel reception (Advice by idp staff) and they were charging everyone way more cost than needed. They charged 50 rupees per copy which is normally 2 rs per copy.
However i managed to get the xerox from somewhere else which was about 30 minutes away from the test location and the time i got back to submit those copies. Staff told me they need colored copies. Although i have seen them accepting black and white copies from other candidates. I said this is all could get and the guy replied back i won’t be getting my results because i did not submit my photocopies in colored and refused to accept my black and white photocopies and walked away.

I am hoping that anyone would take this serious and action against this harassment of the test candidate by such people and they should be punished or terminated from the designation for such behaviour. This has never happened to me. I have taken a test in canada as well and that was a really good experience but compare to that, this was terrible conduction and staff.

I payed 13, 400 yesterday through online payment option for ielts exam that is going to be conducted on 28th september 2019 but haven’t received the acknowledgment slip till now.
I’m receiving emails regarding their computer based tests but not the confirmation of my test.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Today i gave speaking test in mehsana. My examiner wasn't focusing on me and she chewing his nails and she was asked me some follow up question and i can't heard properly she talking with me in very slow voice. When she asked a follow up question i said that please repeat but she was looking at me like she kills me and other thing she forgot what she asked me, then she changed his question and i am so confused about that, she did this thing nearly two times. What can i do? I know she didn't gave me 6 band or above so kindly request you to take some step.
