This is in regards to the test procedure i attended on 28th sep 2019 at hyderabad, india. Although i was able to complete the test, there was a complete mismanagement, and unprofessional attitude towards the candidates, or even the process. There was a chaos at the test center and i was very disturbed while writing my academic writing essays, as i saw police entering the exam hall. There was no extra time given for us to complete the exam, i request some action to be taken on the organizers/ management so that they don't repeat this for the future prospective students.
IDP IELTS customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Could you please share what resolution you have received from IDP in this regard? I too have faced a similar situation while registering for the test online. Money got deducted from my account but haven't received any confirmation email from IDP
