This is to inform you that my ielts exams were conducted on 20th january 2018 in ahmedabad and results were to be declared on 2nd february but yet it hasn't declared. Today, i got an updated mail that again it has been delayed from 2nd february to 9th february and now it's 16th february.

There are deadlines for my applications to be done in colleges and universities. I didn't expect this service from idp and now i am very much anguished and frustrated for the said.

Please do reply and let me know as soon as possible.

My complain may not bring any changes to idp india but i would like to share my experience with those who are planning to give ielts and atleast want them to think 100 times before wasting money. I had given my ielts exam through idp 4 times. The first two result were the same as if it was just copy pasted. Also among the 4 attempts in 2 exams (2nd and 3rd attempt) i got 7 in writing and in 4th attempt i got 6.5 in writing. Just imagine if...

I appeared for my ielts exam on 6 january, 2018.
Results were supposed to be out on 19th january, 2018. All the other candidates appeared with me from surat gujarat received their results. Few of them received on 19 january and remaining few peoples results were late stating the results are under some security checking. But by the end of next week 27 january. All the candidates received their results except me.

Since last 4 weeks the executive says it’s under investigation and we might take another week for the same. It has gone to idp australia for corrections

The idp executive just tells me to wait for another week at the end of every week. Them dont reply to any if my questions and just states to wait for one more another week.

I am also having a concern thai them might have misplaced my exam papers and to hide thai them are sayijg its under security checking.

All the exam were your high supervsions with cctv camera and finger print checking.

Have someone faced any similar problem.

Is there any complaint email id where i can mail my concerns?

Because the exam was worth 12k and in return i am getting nothing.

This mail has been earlier posted.in bhatinda mostly in green palace and ashoka resort in which it was mentioned that (Jaskinder singh) who was caught and dismissed suspended from job. Then his cousin (Janmeet kaur) who is working as announcer helped his one of his known (Maninder singh) appointed as invigilator by her. (Maninder singh) is helping (Jaskinder singh) through different means through electronic devices. (Maninder singh) and (Janmeet kaur) both were appointed so that they can leak the paper. So as an idp institute management can do something to stop all the wrong doings, if not we will approach higher authorities for further actions. Moreover gurpreet singh (Gora) and (Kuldeep singh) who arehelping the candidates through their devices and allowing the candidates to enter and take bribe from them. They take 3 lakhs from candidates amd prepare them at (Jaskinder singh) home. Due to this our candidates studies are also get affected and not only this their parents are also frustrated from such people. These 4 are equally involved in the scam taking money from students and helping them in paper with one bribe or the electronic devices.
So, please kindly take any strict action against such invigilators or change them. So that institute name will not get spoiled. Kindly take the strict action as soon as possible.

The money has been deducted on 21st nov. 2017, but the booking is not confirmed.in fact there's no booking on my passport no. As per idp ielts information. I called & emailed them several times & each time i call them they asked me for the statement reflecting the amount, transaction number & a scan of my passport which i did send several times. I called my bank & it shows them that the transaction has successfully happened with rs.12250 debiting from my account. I just want my money refunded at the very soonest. This is like cheating the test takers for no reason. Regards.

I got my ielts result on 28th of december in 2017. I wanna apply for canada and i did not grt trf. Without trf i cannot apply for offer letter. I am facing several issues due to idp. Day by day i am getting late for my further studies. You will be responsible for it if i can't get trf as soon as possible. Already i wait for 5 days. I am getting too late. Also, i got less band score in writing module. I got only 5.5 and i wanna apply for rechecking. I can't apply for rechecking without trf. I will be very thankful to you if you provide me trf as soon. Already i wait for 5 days.

When booking a ielts test, selecting test dates are misleading.
You can choose the date for written test, but not the speech test.

The date for speech test is randomly chosen. They refuse to change the test date or refund the money.

The only explanation given is that they have put it as a 15th point in the terms and conditions page.

Why is not prominently displayed while selecting the written test dates? This is clear cheating.

I did my ielts test on[protected] at madurai. My results published on[protected]. And still i’ve not received my trf, there is no dispatch details provided me. I am in the urgent need of my trf for applying to the university. So please help me with it. And i’ve tried to reach you through helpline several times, but it was not reachable. Please don’t ignore this and take necessary steps on it.

I recently took admission for course in nz for oct'17 intake. Due to delay in the visa, my counsellor asked me to reapply for january which i agreed to since he said i won't have to pay a penny extra. However, when going through the new offer letter i realised there was a hike in fee by 400 dollars. It's really unfortunate i wasn't communicated about the same and when questioning him, he said he cannot do anything about it and i'll have to pay it. The attitude of my advisor has always been very casual since the beginning of the process. I have escalated about him to his seniors without any use. After paying the tuition fee and other expenses, they are again asking me to pay 400 dollars.

I am deeply depressed and disappointed of my results. I have appeared consistently for 3 times with idp. Everytime my scores were upto the mark except listening. For your reference, you can evaluate yourself. My candidate numbers were 064688, 216977, 263319. I was so much confident that first time i went for eor also spending 9000/- but results were unchanged to my dismay. This time i was 100% sure but again my result in writing module was just less by 0.5 band. I fail to understand that how can a candidate with such high scores in other modules, cannot improve on her writing even in 3 attempts?
I have spent my hard earned money in ielts just to achieve required band. I think i have the full right to know where am i wrong because i am following each parameter of writing but no improvement in scores. I suspect that something is not right i base it on my experience and a review of my trf.
I donot have funds left to pay either for eor or ielts. Tell me what to do. I am 100% sure that if my writing exam is reviewed by anither examiner, my scores would increase.
Therefore, i request to the authorities to guide me the way out. I want my reevaluation to be done. My career is at stake because of this,

My name is johnson. I gave my exam on 28th of oct. I was quite shocked to see my worthless results. People out there are very keen to talk and help us but they are all business minded. I gave my exam with 100 percent efforts but failed in my results. I'm not sure what went wrong but i think they have knowingly failed me, to enroll once again and keep there business alive. Totally bad experience with idp.

I don't know why these people do exist in the world. Looting our money will only make you down. You have no idea i[censored] continue this practice, further will only put a full stop in ur business.

I have also checked the employees review, they themselves says the management are least concerned about any students career.

People who are looking for ielts exams, please also have an eye on other reviews because our money is precious to us.

I really doubt that they even check our answers sheet. I was expecting a band score of atleast 8 in my reading and was confident about it but seems like they down actors with score of 6.5. I really wonder if they check answer sheets. Thoroughly or they pick people in the lot to whom they want to downscore. This is money making process. After taking souch amount of money why don't thry make process more transparent by making it online.
Idp is running out a big scam.

People prefer to go for british council instead of idp

I had registered for ielts ukvi ac exam to be conducted on 14/10/2017 via idp india. Once i registered they delivered an email to me stating that the details about the speaking test schedule will be intimated to the candidate 7 days prior to the date of examination. The email further stated that the candidate can check their speaking test details on their online portal or by idp ielts voicemail no. As i had registered for 14/10/2017 (Saturday), i checked for the speaking test schedule on 8/10/2017 (Sunday) and 9/10/2017 (Monday) through the online portal and the voicemail no. Confused that the email had said "7 days prior intimation" and there were only 5 days left for the actual exam on 14th, i called idp chennai. They told me that the email and a message to the cell phone no. That i had given in the ielts registration regarding speaking test details will be sent soon and not to worry. Now i have written many british council exams so far starting from 'starters"all the way to '"fce"and in all those exams the speaking test has always happened on the same day as the written test. I had no idea that the speaking test would actually happen on a completely different day for ielts ukvi ac. There was no sentence which clearly stated that the speaking test would happen on"a different day"during the exam registration or in the email sent to the candidate acknowledging the registration or in the customer service of idp chennai that attended my call on 9/10/2017 (Monday). All they mentioned was that the details would be be given later. I didn't check my idp ielts account (Online portal) on 10th, 11th, 12th of october because my computer was repaired and i had no net connection since the morning of 10/10/2017 (Tuesday) and due to some genuine commitments i didn't call up and check on those three days. But when i called on 13/10/2017 (Friday) the day before the written exam, the voicemail clearly stated that there was"no details available regarding your speaking test schedule"and i had received no message to my cell phone regarding the speaking test schedule either. But when i turned up for my exam on 14/10/2017 (Saturday) i was informed that the speaking test schedule details were put up on 10/10/2017 (Tuesday) evening and the speaking test was already conducted on 12/10/2017 (Thursday). I was devastated on hearing the news because i had missed the speaking test and i was informed by the invigilators that i would be marked absent for the speaking test and appalled at the same time that for a huge organisation such as the british council and idp who together conduct ielts in india ask the candidates to pay an outrageous amount of rs.18, 500 as examination fee but could not send even a message to the cell phone no. That i provided. After my written exam got over we contacted the idp chennai office who told us that they had only one ielts expert and that she was not available at the moment and that she will not be available for another entire week due to diwali holidays. Because we stressed it was an emergency they forwarded our call to the idp gurgaon office who was also of no help. The cost of the examination was rs.18, 500 and i cannot afford to pay for it again and write hailing from a middle class family but also because there was no sort of way that i could have known about the speaking part of the exam. Hence i reprimand their ignorance and deem them as a corporation only interested in making money through the excuse"examination fee" and not actually have the best interests of the student at hand.

I have appeared my ielts on 5th october 2017 and today i get my result. Which was really a shocking one. I don't understand how idp give bands. First time i have appeared in british and i got 7 bands in speaking.
I am surprised that miss banerjee gave me just 5.5. It was really unfair to the students who are really capable at speaking. As i have given my best in speaking and was very nice. Really unsatisfied with speaking score and i am much dissapointed with miss banerjee.
It is a tremendous shock. I request you to respond me in my favour

Iam palsam udaykumar. I wrote on the exam on september 9 2017. I didn't receive the trf till now. Exam is completed about a month till now i didn't receive the trf. So please tell the details of the courier number for to know where the post is or can i apply at your office for another trf. So please kindly provide information about the trf whether it is posted or not.

My name is hafeez, today i got the results of ielts which my wife had written it on 30 of september. When i saw the results she got in speaking 6 listening 6.5, writing 6.5 and in reading it was a tremendous horrible she got only 1
According to my wife she had written well reading as well.
1 mark is not a score she deserves i kindly request you to check on this issue there might be something wrong which is done by mistakenly. I kindly request you to recheck the problem and send this message to highers to look after what went wrong with the faculty of our hyderabad branch idp. This is a well reputate organization which is running presently in our area i hope i will get a possitive response or possible changes which has to be done

I have been informing the counsellor from last one week that my gic account fr canada study visa is nt yet opened but the person assigned has a very lame approach towards my case, even today the same thing happened and i got sick of this attitude by the staff people so i am lodging a complaint against this. Its a request that keep my details confidential n i m not mentioning the staff name as i dont want something mishappens in my filing. Please have a meeting and sort n tell the staff of jalandhar branch that how to behave with clients atleast.

I m a trainee of ielts in aforementioned institute yesterday they made a rude behaviour with me like a street dog, they kicked me out of their institute and today i go to attend the class the gun man rudely asked us not to enter in the institute dear sir or madam please give me justice thats not look fair the shakshi mam hurts my self respect please look into the matter the number of institute is [protected]

I recently appeared for exam on 9th september 2017. I found headphones are not working proper when invigilator asked us to test with sample sound. I inform to invigilator, they had just down the volume and told me that it's working.

But i found again when the actual exam was started in section 3 there was some problem with headphones and the invigilator told me aftr exam we will look into problem.

I lost my concentration which will eventually affect my result. And they also kept asking me question during my reading task i was not able to concentrate in exam. Everything got messedup.

I was not expecting such behavior from the staff after paying such a big amount of fees. They were not cooperative. I guess eduaction is became a business.

I urge you to please look into the matter because in end our result is affected and our time and money is wasted for no reason.
