This allegation is wrong and I do not agree with this So I am demanding a copy of the evidence because this is my fundamental right to ask for proof.

Today i.e on 18/01/2023 i booked test slot for 28/01/2023 for Computer-Delivered based IELTS. My account has been debited amount of 15, 500. I paid fees via google pay upi. Below are screenshots attached.

Today 07/01/2023 I booked my exam on 18/01/2023. My amount is deducted from account but i didn't receive any confirmation or information regarding my slot...

I have registered on 3rd january 2023 by paying online but i didnt receive any confirmation nor registration to email.
I tried contacting customer care but couldnt reach out to them. So i ended up here complaining about the service.
Hoping that this issue will resolve soon....

On 03/01/2023, I tried booking a slot for IELTS exam and the amount of Rs 15, 500 has been deducted. The booking did not go through and no acknowledgement was given.
Please provide a resolution on whom to contact, and the process for the refund so that I can book my exam again....

Booked for academic IeLts slot yesterday night and the payment was processed and sum of 15650 was debited from my account and their page showed 404 error and now when reached out to their customer support they said no registration is found under my passport number and money will be credited back in 7-10 days and should register again.
