Hi,
Today I.e 5 february 2023 I tried to book my exam and payed for fees through debit card but after payment, message prompt saying payment is declined but money (Rs 15500) is debited from my account. I haven't received any email from idp regarding refunding or confirmation of slot. I booked there pen and paper based exam for 11 february 2023. The passport number is U7243938 and transaction number is[protected]. Please refund as soon as possible. I have to book as exam urgently as only 5 days are left for 11 february exam. This is not small amount to money so please refund it soon.

    My name is shivkumar patel,

    i gave my speaking test on[protected] in that the examiner without any instruction starts my test which i not expected as im giving my test first time according to instruction i don't expect that and due to which i lost my confidence and bit nervous. Therefore my whole speaking went bad i lost my rhythm . I want you to investigate and retake my speaking exam .

    according to this examiner start the speaking module by saying " this is ielts speaking module part 1", "now, in this first part, i’d like to ask you some more questions about ...Transcript by idp..

    But my examiner after checking my id without any instruction ask me question which i don't expected. And further on she start the section 2 without any instruction and also with the section 3 .

    This is not acceptable please reply me fast that what i do next this is not the way exam is taken. If it is then don't mention the format like this if the examiner don't follow 😑. This is unacceptable.

        Hello respected sir / mam. I am here to inform you that I have booked a ielts slot on today i.e ; 22/1/20223 on paper based ielts test for 4/2/2022 the amount has been deducted from my account but the slot has not booked but the amount 15500 INR has been deducted from my account I have paid the amount through phone pe UPI and below are the transaction details . my passport number: T0848549. Please, resolve my issue as soon as possible.

          Dear Sir / Madam,

          I am writing this mail regarding reinvestigating my case because the imposter allegations are wrong Since I had given the exam by myself.
          My name is Davinder Singh, Passport number R0417091. I had given my IELTS exam on 17th Dec 2022 at Sangrur IELTS Test center, India.
          on 13th Jan I got a mail stating that I have been Banned because I used Imposter( Someone else in my place) to give the exam but it is totally wrong since only I had given my exam by myself.
          I am ready for any type of verification and inquiry.
          There might be confusion due to my passport photo because that photograph is 6 years old that time I had a long beard (Sikh custom). but now I am trimming my beard.
          I have done proper biometrics which you can verify.
          You can verify and match my handwriting.
          I have attended classes in FlyingFeaters IELTS institute you can verify from them also.
          just Before my exam for preparation, I have taken 1 week's leave from 12th Dec to 16th Dec I have proof of that also.
          I have already given the Computer-delivered IELTS exam on 13th March 2022 you can match the photo Biometrics with that in that exam I scored 6 Band. so after that, I did a full preparation.
          The candidate sitting after me Gurwinder Singh, Passport number: W2169801, Mobile no: +91 [protected] is the eye witness that I have given the exam by myself.
          The candidate sitting before me I have her details but you can verify from her also.
          I have given an exam after proper Security checks and verification, if there was any doubt that should be informed me that time
          Sir, I am ready for any type of Inquiry because I have given my exam by myself.
          I am well-educated( BTech from Punjabi university, Master in Information Technology, MBA ) and have 5.5 Years as a software developer Currently working with Thalesgroup (Well know MNC all over the world) as Technical Lead why I will do such type of thing? there might be some confusion due to my old beard passport photo.
          I know my reading and listening test went very well but my writing and speaking are not that great.

          I am kindly requesting you please check through the matter and help me I had done nothing, and I am ready for any type of inquiry.
          I attaching my ID proofs, please help me and if you have any evidence please share it with me because I know there is some confusion.

            This allegation is wrong and I do not agree with this So I am demanding a copy of the evidence because this is my fundamental right to ask for proof.

                Today i.e on 18/01/2023 i booked test slot for 28/01/2023 for Computer-Delivered based IELTS. My account has been debited amount of 15, 500. I paid fees via google pay upi. Below are screenshots attached.

                  I submitted my Ielts Form on Ielts by IDP App. On completion I paid a amount of Rs 15650 it was deducted from my account but it showed payment failed on my app screen. It happened on 13/01/2023. The transaction id is: PRCR/[protected].

                              On 03/01/2023, I tried booking a slot for IELTS exam and the amount of Rs 15, 500 has been deducted. The booking did not go through and no acknowledgement was given.
                              Please provide a resolution on whom to contact, and the process for the refund so that I can book my exam again.

                                  I had made compensation payments as mentioned by your department and was told my ielts wud be booked but it got delayed because I didn’t receive login details I made complaint on this forum again and then my case was reopened but my application was not booked due to multiple case registrations as I did it coz I received no response from your team and now again I have to wait for 15 days for refund as per your email I am posting this complaint as I waited for three days since 26 th December 2022 no one responded my emails I requested your team to call back now please refund asap so that I can book through website

                                    I had made compensation payments as mentioned by your department and was told my ielts wud be booked but it got rejected I received the email stating I will get full refund of INR 15500 which I paid to your team for booking the slot and I reverted to please tell someone to contact from the your department but nobody did I waited for three days and no response please contact me and refund asap as I need to book exam too

                                      Booked for academic IeLts slot yesterday night and the payment was processed and sum of 15650 was debited from my account and their page showed 404 error and now when reached out to their customer support they said no registration is found under my passport number and money will be credited back in 7-10 days and should register again. They weren’t even ready to listen to my further questions and they just cut the call abruptly. And this is urgent because the slots fills up fast and it’s a lot of money to debited and not being able to register after that also. Kindly solve the issue.
