Product- iffalcon 50 inch TV (model name - 50K61) purchased in November 2021.
I am facing issue regarding video visibility on tv screen.
I have raised a complaint regarding the same on 27th June 2022 which got cancelled without any resolution and notification to us.
Then I have raised another complaint on 7th of July 2022 and waiting for resolution. Every time I contacted to customer care they ask to wait for more 10 days and no one have the exact status of my complaint.
It's been more than a month we are waiting for response and resolution. Was this information helpful? |
