I own a iffalcon Android TV since December 2019. Only recently my TV started behaving differently. It went into BootLoop and does not proceed after the Android loading screen. Usually, this should be a software issue.
After filing a complaint with customer service. A technician visited my place after 2-3 days, He told me to replace the main board which should cost around Rs.9000/-. I requested him to tell me what seems to be the problem with the board, but he could not tell me what is the issue. He just said your tv will work once the board gets replaced.
The technicians are untrained and the technical team of iffalcon/TCL lacks knowledge about the product. They were unable to identify the problem itself and on top of that, they had the audacity to demand 400 rupees in visiting charges. Was this information helpful? |
