I would like to inform you that we are a user of your Iffalcon television which is not working properly. It's for my aged parents and television is the only recreation for them. The display has not been working since 26.07.2022 which means almost for 21 days. Tech visit was done by 29.07.2022. They informed us that within 2-3 weeks it would be replaced completely as the display was not available in the market.
It is very awful to know that after 21 days they claimed that it will take another 35 days to replace the product. It is not accepted anymore and we want a resolution as soon as possible as we do have a 2 years of guarantee from the company. your kind co operation will be highly appreciated.
