      Name-Jyoti Vinod Koshti
      I put my car no. Gj27AH5757 for insurance claim at Navjivan Hyundai, Udhna Service station for calim by latest damages on 18th July 2022. But insurance come not pass my claim of Right side quater pannel damages and ask me that is old damages and show me last claim photos. But at that time I not claim for small damage and also at that time Planet Hyundai adviser ask me that only one side claim will be passed at one time and they are change my front windshield glass only.

      Now on date 14th July 2022 my car got an accident at Ankleshwar Bharuch road and my Right side quarter pannel and right side door and Bumper damage. So I need to repair that and put my car for insurance claim at Navjivan Hyundai Udhna, Surat. But your surveyor (Iffco tokio company) not pass my quarter pannel damage claim which big damages.
      I request you help me to pass my quarter pannal claim.

      I attached my privious damage photos with this mail. Privious damage photo which they are show to me and latest damages photos they are taken.

          I initiated the reimbursement process, provided all the documents, responded to multiple annoyed queries, and still after 1.5 months of back and forth, Medi Assist moved the claim to the "Repudiated - awaiting insurer concurrence" state.

          There is no explanation why the claim was moved to this status, or what else they need from me. I have mailed them many times, calling on numbers that apparently are not working anymore.

          The documents are clear and valid. I am really disappointed and frustrated at this time as Medi Assist customer care numbers are not reachable and no reply via email.

              Worst service. Even after nine years of no claim status company not willing to pay any thing. They offer some small discount at the time of purchase of policy to renew without giving details and at the time of claim they show the rule for non payment. Looks like company have excess customer and their policy is to loot the money of customer.
              Even though claim has been approved by the company before repair at workshop, after completion of job they are denying to pay the small claim.

                18093010 Policy number, my vehicle got hit by a raging bull which damaged my car. Surveyer rejected claim that he is unable to see the Bull hit impact and in his justifucation remark he has mentioned a different story that 2 bulls were fighting and hose bulls hit the car and it did not cause any damange hence claim rejected. I proposed Insurance company to reinvestigate and visit the incident site, also I proposed to get witness's statement but it was ignored by the company.

                    I am having an insurance form Iffico Tokio – This is group insurance.

                    As a Non-Medical professional I am wring below complaint to IFFCO TOKYO Company

                    My Wife had a problem on 8th Dec, 2021 and become un conscious..
                    In hurry we approach to near hospital, at this Time in emergency She is unable to speak, and breathing.

                    So based on symptoms Doctor Start investigation and check ECG, or some test. It became series to overrule doubts if any.
                    Anyway based on Doctor experience doctor recommended some test and do treatments, As see feeling very week in even walking so doctor advised some Vitamins test also,
                    Now When claim raised to Insurance company IFFICO TOKIO deny to Few test and procedures.

                    Comment was this test is irrelevant to hospitalization cause.

                    I want to said this if these test is not relevant – why Insurance company advised it at Final billing, same time How they can JUDGE it is non relevant.
                    Before Final diagnosis of Illness – Doctor MAY did some symbolic test to Check the real problem. But once Final problem find it is IFFCO Tokyo style to Run Away from His responsibility.
                    It is not expectable at all.
                    My General reason is as below –
                    -1, To Judge actual problem some test need to conduct, How treatment doctor can predict actual problem without doing such test?
                    -2, If Your team is too smart – why not inform Treating doctor to which test Only?
                    -3, How you can Judge easily – Which is not relevant.
                    -4, What ever test cost you deduct- Infect nearly all test result came Negative. Means no body checked the reports.
                    -5, How you Can Grantee that it is not relevant with admission illness.

                    This Company Always running fort not to pay.

                      I am a regular customer of Iffco tokio swasth kavaxh health policy and so far I had never made a claim but still the Company is increasing the premium every year and the increased premium amounts to 4000 to 5000. I was assured that the premium will remain constant for five years..Please help me to fight against this fraud Company.

                          I have purchased a Honda Activa on dated[protected], and at time the side mirror & the foot rest was not available at Showroom. & i have been told that the same will be provided later.

                          But still I have not received any of them. Every time I got the same reply that it not available & we are arranging.

                          Its log time has been passed but still the issue is as it is.

                          Please do the needful to resolve the issue.

                              Sir, my car (UP17K6913) claim number is 37K93731 is partially approved by Iffco tokio surveyor. In an Incident my car front mirror and side window got damaged. I am having this car from last 6 years and first time claiming for genuine damage. But when Iffco tokio surveyor inspected the car he told me that he can approve for side window dent only which is actually very less in value. you have to pay for front mirror for replacement to your car agency. I checked with my car agency their agent told me that you have taken insurance from policy bazar not from us we can't help you. your surveyor Mr Javed Ali is of the view that damage can be done either front or side so claim can be also given for one side only.
                              What is use of taking zero dep insurance from your company if customer struggle with genuine claim and when we actually required claim benefit from your company, your representative rude behavior doesn't give good experience to customer.
                              Kindly look into the seriousness of the matter and revert at the earliest.

                                My daughter & me were suffering from Corona & admitted in Le Crest Hosp on 29/10/2020. I had a valid Iffco Tokio Family Health Protector Policy # 52956608 Dtd 27/05/2020, a floater policy with Room rent waiver. All my bills & claim papers submitted on time, but disallowed ₹ 1, 58, 604. No justification was given by the officers, Customer care, Grievance cell and IRDA also did not revert on any action. Iffco Tokio was referring to a Govt circular by UP & Delhi Govt for limiting the treatment charges. Actually the Govt was directing restrictions on charging patients by Pvt hospitals but not meant for Ins Cos to disallow the actual bills. No officers were ready to review or relook at the claim. My mails & personal discussions with officers, customer care and grievance officer is in vain. Request you to take appropriate actions and direct for refund of the disallowed amount ₹ 1, 58, 604.

                                  My Bajaj pulsar bike is theft and complaint a FIR in near police station. i collect all the main documents for the insurance money but company don't attend me properly and my case was closed. i have all the documents but they always give me the excuse that this document is missing and that document was missing. I spend my time and money also and visit in the CHANDIGRAH office but no one can help me.

                                      Sir my claim number is 1-1ZJD6LCT is not settled till now because your surveyor Mr Pradeep Sharma is of the view that the damaged part should be repaired rather than being replaced. Since the car is only 2years old and the damage is very big, repairing will not work and replacement is the only option but your surveyor is insisting on getting it repaired from the place which he suggests rather than replacement.
                                      The person suggested by your surveyor is of the view that the car if repaired will again get damaged in a few days. If this big damage cannot be paid by your company then why are we taking insurance for. Repairing will damage the new car in near future, replacement is the only alternative but if your company is so reluctant towards passing a genuine claim then we will also have to take further action against your company.
                                      Kindly look into the seriousness of the matter and revert a the earliest.

                                        I met with an accident on 18th June 21 with bike ( bike hit my car on backside left door & its frame ) so i dropped my car at Rana motors on 21st June for insurance claim & requested to repair by that week but i haven't got any response, I connected with rana motor staff & got surveyor ( I have IFFCO-Tokio insurance) number where on 28th June i got to know that my insurance claim application rejected by saying the damages was old ( i want to know how they said that the damage was too old where i can proof the damage was fresh & happened in mid of June)

                                        Secondly the response was so poor from rana motor as well Iffco-Tokio, staff was on leave, senior team not picking up phone from Iffco-Tokio, i visited two times at rana motors but no one entertained me

                                        Now it's more than 10 days but i haven't received any written communication for rejection/approval.

                                        need to get my car repair asap
