Sir
I have taken your policy through Maruti Insurance company and I am a customer of your insurance company since 2015. Recently my car was met with an accident.
I have submitted all relevant documents for claim settlement. Though I have submitted all documents on 25.4.2021 till date I have not received any information officially. Your insurance company suryer contacted me and informed orally that they're going to settle a certain amount, which is not agreeable to me. They are harassing me in settlement of claim. Till today I have not received any information officially.

Please look into it and resolve the issue other wise I have to approach Ombudsman.

    I PURCHASE THIS POLICY ONLINE. According to policy benefit table i have submitted all papers .but after submitting all essential documents company asked me to provide more documents frequently.
    i have provided each documents timely.
    after providing complete set of documents including papers which are not mentioned in policy paper or word .company didnt replied me.
    i have given a LEGAL NOTICE TO COMPANY THROUGH LAWYER.
    its a fraud it causes me a serious damage to my mental and physical health. i demand justice and all amount including intrest and expenses of lawyer.

          My vehicle got damaged due to an accident (vehicle hit the divider, resulting tire got busted and their is impact on suspension apart from scratches on bumper and side panel also there is minor impact on back bumper since sudden stop of car). Now surveyor is saying there is no accident as you have not cliecked any piture and because you drove vehicle with puncher tire all these issues are coming. Not sure how mature surveyor is, how come tire / wheel alignment shifted to backsword driving puncher tire. I want some other surveyor to be assigned and relook into this issue.

          I lodged complaint on call center as well but there is no response.

          Please take appropriate action on this on priority.

            My self Rajesh Kumar and my vehicle registration number HR20AQ0637.
            I create a request from website to Iffco Tokio team on date 18.01.2021 for the purchase a new motor insurance policy.
            I received a call from Iffco tokio team for the generate a policy and as per your team guidelines i paid the amount of 18679 Rs.via net banking and amount is debit from my account on date 18.01.2021.
            Transaction remark is:BIL/ONL/[protected]/IFFCO-TOKIO20210118
            but till date i have not recived any policy from iffco tokio
            Please look this matter.

              IFFCO Tokio General Insurance (worst company I have ever came across in my life) do have my number and they keep calling me since last 3 years. I used to explain same thing that if I will need to renew policy I will contact you please dont call or message me but the useless employees working there were not able to get what it means. I have raised DND request by talking with their customer care and by sending email on 22 september 2020 so that is before 75 days but till today its not been activated in my number and I still get 4 to 5 messages every week regarding same policy which is not even mine.

              HUGE SECURITY ISSUE: IFFCO Tokio General Insurance messages me for someone else policy and same can be case with my policies (They might have messaged someone else if I do have policy which is expiring). The reason why its security issue is because of privacy. I used that policy number and had call with their support and was able to get all info regarding the owner of policy, such potential information should never be disclosed like I was able to get their name, email, mobile number, vehicle information (This is not ethical and IFFCO Tokio should be fine in lakhs for not maintaining privacy of their users). This is not at all ethical thing. My information should never be reveled and no one should get messages for my policies.

              I have sent more than 50 emails for activating DND and looking into this matter and they do claim that DND has been activated in my number but I still keep getting messages. I do have reference email of same and call recording but cannot paste here as it do have my number but if required I will give it to one who needs verification regarding what I wrote above.

                Dear Madam/Sir,
                I have wrote multiple email and phone calls to IFFCO TOKIO INSURANCE COMPANY to cancell my Renewal of Motor Policy which was with wrong details and validity and to refund my balance but they have not refunded nor replying me anything. I have also escalate the case to their grievance department but then too no reply or response in my case.

                I feel there is no responsible person and no one wants to perform their duties or resolve the querry. Kindly help me regarding same.

                  I have my vehicle accident and I have left the vehicle at garriage for service and when the surveyor from iffko tokio looked the vehicle he told he can cover only one side and to cover other side need the CSR copy but while getting the policy they told CSR copy is not mandatory for claim. And after my claim done for one side I contacted the customer care and they told to check with the claims team for the same as they cannot do anything since claim is closed. The claims team telling CSR copy is mandatory. Am helpless on this situation.

                    Sir my name is mukul anandi bought an ifco tokio zero depth insurance policy which policy number is me727113. My bike was crashed on 4 september 2020 and i claimed my insurance on 7 september 2020. I completed an online survey for my bike and they giving me only 3527 where my bike have damaged about cost of 15000 rupees after that they appointed me an offline survey on 15 sept they go to showroom for bike survey on 20 september 2020 on saturday according to ifco tokio saturday and sunday is non working day and they collected my documents from bike showroom which address is syma honda gaya bihar 823001. After collecting my documents they stopped to picking up my phone and the do not proceeding my claim reward then i called to ifco tokio customer care i talked to them they told me that they can't help me in this and told me to talk with the survey man where the survey man is also not picking up my phone. So sir i kindly request you to take action against them for this i'm very thankful to you.

                          I request many time to iffoco tokio company but they not solve the issue and all company no is fake on prospectus and policy for example [protected], [protected] all phone no does not exist. company not provide proper response of mail and toll free no mention on website. i talk to customer care they said u received call 24hrs and cut the call and when i ask about premium they not reply they said i dont say ur premium amount
                          u recived call 24 hrs but no call and mail reply from company
                          further company breach guidlines of irdai-
                          1)45day before renwal notice to customer. and also
                          2) not provide online amount option.
                          3) policy not open online
                          4)excess premium amount chage to customer in comparision to new policy
                          new amount 16698 and renwal amount 20898 excess chage to renwal customer.
                          so i request this all problem sort out immedetaly so company not cheat with other customer. and work properly.

                            On january 03, 2020, i have gone through bi lateral hernia surgery, in pune
                            And received bill of 1, 28000. From the hospital, where as insurance company approved only 40, 000 and rejected the remaining amount saying that the caping for harnia surgery is 40, 000 for one surgery.in my case two surgeries were taken place bi lateral hernia.

                            Now i want to request that insurance company can pay me 80, 000 for these
                            Two surgiries.

                              The surveyor is not giving the proper claim and is only willing to give partial claim. I spoke to his seniors also like mr manish, sanjeev, arun pandey (V. P.) and tried to explain them the issue, but no result. It's my worst experience till date with any auto insurance company. Patgetic service

                                I am gaurav sharma residing in tilak nagar new delhi and i had purchased a second hand tata safari and my car no is dl5cg 1962 from the owner named anita popli in september 2019.

                                And i have received car insurance, noc, rc and other documents from this lady named anita (Deepak s/o anita [protected]).

                                She gives me fake insurance policy with original stamp from ur company named iifco tokio and the policy will be expired on 22 dec 2019 according to this fake policy document.

                                On today 21 dec 2019 for the renewal of policy, i make a call to ur company to renew my policy for another one year in your nariana branch contact person mr sahil (M: [protected]). After the enquiry submitted in ur company, they told me that the policy is faked.

                                It's is requesting you to kindly take a legal action against this lady named anita.

                                I am sending you all the documents regarding the same.

                                Hope you are taking this matter seriously for ur customer satisfaction.

                                  Shaket lohan surveyor ([protected]) didn't approve my claim, he demanded money from me to approve extra claim. He has entire gang of his boss rajeev jha ([protected]) and grievance officer ([protected]). They are a group cheating customers and not approving genuine claims. They only do it where they get extra money. They didn't inform me of some 25% deduction on claim amount charged and told me only at the end stage when they took ncb amount difference from me. They don't respond and harass customers. Need strict action against them

He told he cannot claim windshied due to both parts are not at same day. And how he can say that.                                       I have done insurance of two wheeler regi no mh49 ba8426 owned by my son himanshu dhawale insurance policy no. M9815279 dated 29/08/2019 w. E. F. Dated 31/08/2019 to 30/08/2020.
                                      It have passed period more than two months. But original document of renewed policy is not received. I already send a mail on dated 30/09/2019 but reply of same is also not received.
                                      If company is not accompanying such matter with early effect i feel that how company is irresponsible with the customer. So it is a kind request you send the original policy document to me at the address provided in policy.

                                        I have a zero dep policy with iffco tokio policy number (M2893212).
                                        I have registered a claim on[protected] with claim reference number 1-17rwvbb1 but till today neither my claim is approved nor any written response received from the insurer. Their team visited twice and asked for cctv footage i have shown them in society but they want cctv copy which society gives to police only.
