      I have a car insurance from iffco tokio through tata. My hexa car after a minor collision during parking suffered damage to the bumper and headlight. The visible damage to the bumper was not much. The tata workshop informed that though the damage is not visible the internal damage to clamps and wiper water circulation is extensive. The claim was filled. The assessor of offico tokio initially denied the claim and after a talk gave a partial approval of 10% of the estimate. The whole conversation was demeaning as if the customer is a liar and this is a negotiation. Offico tokio and the surveyors are fleecing customers they don't accept claims and find hard to believe reasons to deny in-fact it is the onus of customer to prove damage. Either the surveyors are not educated not they understand the automotive structure or they have been told to deny everything.in disgust i withdrew the claim and payed from my pocket. Calls to customer care is completely a waste of time. I actually have received a call after withdrawal of claim asking me how the accident happen.in fact the surveyor was actually so stupid that he justified only in case of major the damage can be accepted. So according to iffico tokio only if you suffer a major accident breaking a arm or leg that a claim should be filled.
      Surveyor not provide damage claim of my car.

        My car was accident on[protected], i registered claim on next day, from that day to till that time i followed at each and every step with surveyor and iffco tokio claim department but they refuse me or gave excuses we settled your claim with in this week or ending of this week.
        Requested you please do something in this case, claim department not picking up my call, same as with surveyor.

          Hi,
          I had renewed my 4 wheeler motor insurance from iffco tokio, policy no. M8213437 on my father's name : alok kumar on 4th june'19 as the 4-wheeler was registered on his name only, but my father passed away in april'19 for which the rc of my 4-wheeler had to be transferred on my name, that i have already done, now the insurance also need to be transferred on my name, the insurance agent took the photos of the 4-wheeler on around 8th july'19, till now insurance has still not been generated and transferred on my name.
          Despite taking uncounted followups insurance agent just giving excuses like, haven't got approval.. And so on.
          Does this procedure takes that much time which can take up to more than 45 days.
          Requesting to take the serious action in transferring the policy on my name as soon as possible otherwise have to move to consumer court for this case.

            I had renew my policy on 13/08/2019 and paid its premium amount Rs/- 16556.38 through on line payment (transaction reference id: 130129, , bank statement marked blue; refer attached files), but still not got any cover note or policy.

              My car damage in road accident 12/7/19
              After that i register a cliam in iffco tokio and surveyor complete survey 17/719.
              According to company this claim is not cashless and company pay in my account with in 3 to 7 working days.
              Today is 7-8-19
              But no any payment received.
              I have been sending mails to all the possible contactc including iffco tokio.
              The company does not seem to be serious in taking any action.
              Request your kind intervention and provide justice.

                Please note most important issue as below -
                1- this vehicle is meant for disabled customer so this need priority basis services as we have extremely restricted mobilization because of disability.

                2- i had written that madhusudan vehicle had disregard and rejected claim of iffco tokio general insurance company and i need service at firozabad district so please arrange for prompt action at a reliable workshop at firozabad and this should not be pending for more than 2 days as i cannot move without this vehicle
                3- there must be repairing and maintenance of complete vehicle on just one side as per the damage found at car.

                4- contact details of a reliable personnel must be shared so that my representatives may contact in case of need since the customer care number of iffco tokio general insurance is found busy as i had tried 4 times.

                5- mr rakesh kumar who is taking care must be contacted over cellphone number [protected] to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                I am feeling shame on myself for showing my trust in iffco tokio general insurance company.

                They are demanding estimate of repairing while this is zero debt policy.

                No one should purchase product of Iffco Tokio General Insurance if want to have a satisfactory servicing. Shame on Iffco Tokio General Insurance company

                    I have not created a fake story this is my fault thats why iffko tokio is not believing the Cause of Loss.

                      I mr. Arun ramkrushna choukhande, policy no. Itg/82619868 wants to claim the insurance for accidental damaged broken bumper of my car. Acoording to your employee the claim isn't be proper but when i did the servicing that time the bumper was dislocated totally as its lock was broken. As i completed all the required procedure for the insurance claim along with the photos of the accidental damage part, but your employee aren't taking care for the case. If any accidental situation occurs your form will be responsible for the misthing happend and we'll take the action on you as any thing happens due to that broken bumper as you are not understanding the case. I throughly requested you to take a personal interest on this and allow the case to further process.

                            I have recieved a msg from iffco tokio for policy renewal. When i open their link of renew polucy which i got from mesaage and made a payment. My money is debited but they didnt give me a policy document. My vehical number is gj09cu5171. When i opend their link they send it shows your policy already renewed but i didnt get a policy document. I have tried to reach them so many times at their website on live chat but on one is there and i also try to call them but their customer care number is alwys busy

                              Hi all,

                              I work with a reputed bank in gurgoan and its been more than a week i got my car back the person at pasco and iffco tokio gurgoan sector 17/18 had made my time hell. Even the claim was not given for my tyre! And the iffco tokio representative mr saket had behaved very badly in call. He was not ready to listen and not accepting my claim. I had an accident with scooty which ruptured my front tyre and body a bit and this was total truth and they didnt accepted and made me roam here and their for getting my car back.

                              Its a hell pf experience and would recommend not to take car insurance from iffko tokio

                                      I have bought iffco tokio car insurance under zero deprecation policy & paid premium as per there proposal to his ahmedabad office representative,
                                      I have purchased this car post march 2017 from agent & i was not aware about what was the 3 year before car policy history, since i have checked previous year history only,
                                      While offering policy form iffco tokio they have cheeked all my past history since they have all authority to check after cheacking my car all past history,
                                      I haven't avail any claim since i bought car which i have told company & all details provided as per mention in my previous policy after all verification
                                      They have took my premium,
                                      I have registered my claim 0n 18/12/2018 they are yet not repaired my car refusing may things for claim & asking me to pay depreciation even they have charged me zero dept policy premium,
                                      Its 30 days now since my car is laying at garage & they are harassing me by pulling my leg in to various approval & inspection & refusing claim, they have approved basic claim but my car is not in running condition & they are not approve internal damage of my car,
                                      I am businessmen & required to travel across gujarat state till last 30 days i have paid 75000/- plus for car rental,

                                        I met an accident on 4th january, 2018 with car. I had just recently transferred RC book name from my cousin name (DhavalKumar) to My Name (Chetankumar). Updated RC book is delivered at my home around between 12 December to 14 December, 2018.

                                        On the accident day, to register accident claim and to get right claim information, I had first called (4th january 10:42 AM) in customer care to check that shall i am eligible to get claim as I have got updated RC book 20 days ago but yet i have not updated name in my claim so. For this query i got positive response like (yes you are eligible and you will get it.) But i have not claimed on that call as i have some urgent work and thought that i will do it till today later OR tomorrow as i have also drop to bike at service centre. But that day afternoon, once again i called (4th january 01:46 PM ) and registered claim with same query confirmation as i have mentioned here in my mail and got same positive response once again. so finally i made claim and i got claim number (# 1-ZN5XFM6). I have also been assigned surveyor name and number (UMANG VYAS) . I also keep him in as CC. From Honda Service centre i got called like that UMANGBHAI has denied for claim so i contacted UMANGBHAI and he told me that claim is not being considered valid as names are different both in RC book and claim copy so i told him whole scenario regarding customer care so he told me that once again confirm with customer care and i did again call in customer care and again i got positive response and care representative has generated my endorsement ticket id and told that you are eligible to get claim once you update name in claim copy and it will be processed within 24 hrs. I have not recorded calls of 4th january( but you get all call recordings as calls are recorded for training and quality purposes as i hear every time before call in customer care). But i have recorded this time and i have this recording also. After that i gave this recording to UMANGBHAI and he still denied after it and said i have contacted my senior( or officer) and he also give same response that i am not eligible for claim and said also that customer care have no information and guideline, they do not know anything.

                                        Let me know what i need to do . I follow right steps to get right claim information and to register claim by calling customer care and if they are providing wrong information and they have not right information and guideline then why it is called customer care and how customers get their queries answer. I can also transfer name first and then i can claim but i understand myself to follow right way as call in customer care and then register claim.
