Hello team,

I am a customer of iffco tokio health insurance. I have renewed my policy on 02/10/2017.
The policy no: 52852087
Name in the policy :nirupam paul
Reference no[protected].

I have mailed and called on 17/10/2017 for the hard copies of the cards. Again i have called and mailed for hard copies on 25/10/2017 and other days multiple times and also called the customer care. But till date i have not received the hard copies of the insurance cards. Every time they are taking request but are not responding back. I have only received the hard copy of the letter.
My address in the policy is correct. How long i should wait?
Please do the needful.

    Sir i have renewed my twp policy of hero honda glamour regn no. Rj13sd8233 and policy no.99892580 with sbi net banking ref no. Jsbi[protected]gabytuo7 on 06 sep 2017. Yet the twp is not renewed and amount deducted from my bank account. Plese do the needful. After renewal i got message on mobile for confirmation and sucessful transaction. But on iffco tokio website it does not show renewed nor i got the policy letter through post,

      I insured my bike in this company. My bike got accident. I went hosur branch there i explain with manager but he didn't care me and didn't gave respect me...
      Finally clim insurance.
      Then the serveor imran spoke with me he is rudly talking
      So i'm complaining both of him
      Take immediate action on them...

        I renewed my iffico tokio health insurance 4 th time, but they have not provide me cashless card, they send me copy of health insurance, but card was not inside, i request to provide me cashless card of my health insurance

          I have registered my claim regarding my bike theft on 1st sep 2017. My policy number in iffco tokio is 69785540. Hero splender pro bike no. Is dl 7s bq 2139. Since 1st september neither they call me nor they collect the document from me or survey the place. When i call to iffco tokio they ask to check with surveyer dept. But survey dept don't pick my phone.
          I have call many times in your customer care..but no one can respond...

            This is regarding the motorbike insurance policy of iifco tokio genral insurance company limited with

            I would like to inform you that, i renew my motorbike policy on 19th august 2017 but i haven't receive the hard copy till.

            I also raised my concern to customer service but their dialogue is same, that i will receive the copy within 7 days but as per company policy tat is already over.

            This is my 3rd year with this company but the response is pathetic as i had receive in past. I am totally disappointed and unsatisfied with this service and response.

            Now, this is my last warning if i will not receive the hard copy within 24 hours i will take a legal action against your company.

            I already raised this issue earlier to iffco tokio but they are not interested to resolve this matter.Several mails, calls and follow-up done from my side but no response as usual.

            After a long time they wake up and inform me that i will receive my documents after 4-5 business days.i already informed them i will not wait for 4-5 days as it already more than 10 days.As per company policy, TAT period is already over and now they want that i have to wait for few days more.

            Why side i wait and for what?, it's delay from their end not from mine.

            Kindly look into this matter on high priority and do the needful .I hope you understand the pain of customer.

              Sir, i have submitted a claim bill against my father who was hospitalized from 21.07.17 to 26.07.17. All the documents of this period has been submitted earlier and some requisite documents which are left behind by me also submitted on last time as its queried by them. Again they are asking me for same document as they mentioned insufficient query reply. Actually they are asking me for providing the bills of 20.07.17 which is impossible to get that bill from hospital as my father was hospitalized on 21.07.17. Then also asking me for submitting the laboratory bills of 25.07.17 with presription which was also submitted previously without consultant prescription containing advice for testing. Previously i have submitted the consultant prescription before taking admission to the hospital. Though it a ipd case all the advices of consultant is done through noting's only as it is the procedure of hospital. I have also signed a consent paper for collecting all the internal document of hospital regarding treatment of my father as he was suffered from other chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (Copd).in this regard please help me and resolve the same.

                  Mr. Rohit kharb.

                  Kindly note that my vehicle registration number is hr 26 cd 6771.

                  I have given my vehicle to sector 14 ganpati honda showroom claiming
                  The broken hedalight from inside, the right indicator, the leg gurad
                  Only. I have expained the person regarding the accident and the person
                  Is claiming that there is no image of any scartches in the head light
                  So no claim can be given. My ques is to you sir

                  1. Do you think any person will break is headlight himself and will
                  Take it for insurance?

                  2. Do you think any person have this amount of wasted time to do that stuff.
                  3. When i asked about the reason your executive interviewed me
                  Regarding the incident in an unacceptable manner.

                  Kindly note that previously i was having icici bike insurance but now
                  Changed to iffco since the exceutive at showroom told me that iffco is
                  A good company.

                  Request to rectify the matter as soon as possible since my vehicle is

                  I have done my payment and all documentation process before 01/07/2017, I have contact many time for hard or soft copy policy for document but company don't send me any document.
                  My iffco tokio policy no is 98686165.
                  I have registered my claim on September 5, 2016. But till now I do not get any satisfactory solution from claim team. I have visited branch office many times and submitted all documents.

                    Actually i made payment for bike insurance but it shows that the session had been expired...
                    I tried it again then this time my payment was successful

                    But then i got 2 individual msg... Shows that 1260.52 rupees has been deducted from account twice

                    Then i went to bank for passbook entry then it shows that t the amount has been deducted twice...

                      This is to inform you that I have availed Dep/gap insurance of Ritz car no. PB 13 AR 3089 vides policy no.8934226 dtd 01.08.16. On 20th may 2017 my car met with a small accident at sarbha nagar, Ludhiana while dropping my son to school in which the bumpers of my car got broken. I send my car to Stan auto pvt ltd at sherpur chowk Ludhiana for repair, replacement of bumpers as the policy is cash less and provided by Maruti Insurance, the concerned person form Stan Autos Pvt Ltd called surveyor from your insurance company to inspect the car. The surveyor refused for the insurance claim by saying that either you pay me extra money or I will reject the claim & next he kept my car lying in work shop for seven days by saying that I am checking pre inspection photographs of car. Now when I refused him for the money, he rejected my claim. This behaviour of the company executive made me shocked when I called him, he replied that you can do whatever you want either go to court or IRDA or complain to higher authorities.
                      I request you to see the above matter & take a serious action against your executive. And settle my insurance claim. Otherwise I will move to consumer court for the harassment caused by your company

                          We are looking for your help in resolving motor theft claim from iffco Tokio Insurance company. Nearly 1.25 year's time passed.

                          Raised concern with IRDA as well but they are not ready to listen and want to deduct 20% intentionally. I have all the proofs which clearly shows that Iffco Tokio is doing injustice and intentionally creating trouble for customer.

                          Backround:-
                          Car stolen, approx Feb 2016 from ghaziabad. Initiamed Police and Insurance company, got the FIR registered.

                          Insurance company provided a list of documents, require to submit, out of which one document is FR report, which we get from court.

                          There is no way, we can speedup the FR report procedure, it all depends how much time police and court will take to provide FR report.

                          Now Insurance company is saying you are late in submitting FR report, though we have submitted very soon, after getting same from court. They want 20% deduction for this. One can refer the date, when we received the FR from court.

                          After getting the documents, Insurance company intentionally closed the case and now they are saying that they will deduct 20% amount to re-open the case.

                          Though I wrote a number of emails to Insurance Representative, (Shweta and Madan), who were dealing this case but they never replied back and in addition they never picked their phone. So it was hard to communicate with Insurance executives to get the address to courier the documents, clear the doubts, discuss issues..

                          Even after involvement of IRDA, they are not ready to release the claim without any deduction and asking for my consent for 20% deduction.

                          Would appreciate your help here and please direct IFFCO Tokio to pay the claim ammount with 24% interest and should pay Heavy Penalty ammount for the harrasment and mental torture they made o[censored]s.

At the time of survey 3 panel repairing approval was given to workshop and next day they refused for approval. I had contacted Mr. Arun yadav regarding this. till date vehicle is hold.                               I submit a claim of my two wheeler vehicle on 13/02/2017, policy no. Is 96597799, i submit my vehicle at hero dealership (Chittosho motor) sirhind road patiala. For repair. Your surveyor visit at workshop he told workshop employee to repair this vehicle from local mechanic (Out side). Other wise i not approved your claim, and he told lie i ask from customer, customer agree for vehicle repair from out side mechanic or local mechanic. Why i repair my vehicle from out side or local mechanic. I shocked your company allow for this. I am very dissatisfy from your service, your company surveyor used how cheep language (Mai nahi pass karunga aapka claim jo karna hai karlo) i don't repair my vehicle from out side without authorized workshop.

                                Hello,

                                I own a Volkswagen Polo, DL8CY2424.
                                A few days back when I was driving to my home and was taking a turn at Mamura Chowk in Sector 62 Noida a loading auto applied a sudden break which was moving ahead of me, to avoid the accident I moved my vehicle to right side but there was a pack-man cart coming wrong way due to this my car hit the auto as well as it got a big scratch from front door to the rear quarter panel on the car. Also the cart has given a big dent below the fuel cap.
                                Now when I registered the claim with Iffco tokio as I have a complete cover policy (bumper to Bumper) with the claim ID 1-CNA7XXV, the surveyor came and analysed the car and has taken the pictures. They asked for the pre-inspection report which I have provided them with the help of the person through which I have purchased the policy.

                                The pre-inspection report "as per the report" shows that there is a scratch mentioned on the rear door, which by looking at the pictures is very minor and can be ignorable.
                                Also there was a scratch on the front bumper as per the pre-inspection photograph which can be ignorable. When asked the surveyor that they should provide the bumper as it got damaged, they initially denied and later when I argued with them they said that they will provide the bumper but I have to pay for the paint

                                For the rear door and the quarter panel, the surveyor is telling me again and again that the part was damaged previously and they can not provide the claim.
                                Now if the part was damaged it should have been written in the report, which is not.

                                Secondly for a moment I understand there is a scratch on the rear door which is mentioned in report but the rear quarter panel and the front bumper is not mentioned. So I argued with the surveyor and their manager that this is not justified the rear door is having a very minor scratch which was ignorable for me. Now when the car met with the accident the damage happened is very big so they should provide the claim for it. The surveyor and manager has denied for that and they are not agreeing on this part and are not providing me the complete claim for my car.

                                Please look into the pictures of the car which are attached.

                                I am really very very disappointed by this insurance company as the reason they provided is not justified.

                                Please look into the case.

But with great disappointment I have say that my policy papers did not sent to me till now..due to which I had face many problem and paid money for traffic challans twice.                                     My name is Sandeep Meena. I have taken insurance policy no. 26003159. My vehicle no. is DL-9S-BB5883, model no. Suzuki Gixxer SF, Chassis no. MB8NG4VVCG8146609.
                                    I have opted for zero debt insurance. The accident took place on 30th November, 2016. After 10 days, I have made a payment of Rs. 25307/- instantly. Still today, no money has been refunded from your side.
                                    On 23rd January, 2017 I have received a softcopy from your side on my e-mail requesting for copies of FIR, MLC Report and driving details at the time of accident. Why are you asking for the details so late after one and a half month. I have already submitted my license details at the time of claiming for insurance. The request letter which I have received from your side dated 29.11.2016. How can you send me the request letter before my accident? Secondly, no dispatch no. and letter no. is indicated on the request letter. I have received the soft copy on 23rd January, 2016 through e-mail. No hardcopy sent by you till date. You have also mentioned the wrong policy no.
                                    I have responded to your request letter on 25th January, 2017 through e-mail(copy attached) and given cc to Mr. Rohit Kharab(Surveyor) which is still pending and Mr. Rohit has been misguiding me. According to Mr. Rohit, the workshop has replaced the parts on their own without the permission. Because of this, Mr. Rohit is not passing the full bill which is Rs. 25307/-. Instead of this, he is passing a bill of Rs. 19730/-(approx). My bike is still not in good condition and the workshop people were saying that my disk plate is totally destructed and not working at all.
                                    Why my file is still pending? I am requesting you to kindly pass my claim as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal action.

                                      SyncNScan is biggest fraduster mobile insurance comapany of the century targetting big mobile market in India wich is operating under IFFCO-TOKIO another international fraud insurance company before taking insurance they will all type of lies that they will pick your phone fix the repair they will return back to you whithout no hazel for you.I took this mobile insurance certificate No:SI-0004746 for one year for my Samsung edge 7 and my led screen got broken when i went for claim they will ask for claim estimation from samsung and bill copy, identy proof and insurance details and the guy will call and tell send everything via scannned email attachment and afetr one month you receive mail from them that your claim is closed for non submission of hard copy.Please stay stay away from SyncNScan mobile insurance frauds and IFFCO-TOKIO international insurance Frauds.

                                        I am an IFFCO TOKIO motor insurance client of your third class company with third class services, unfortunately I have taken a policy from you for my Innova registration No. HR 60 F 0002 having policy No. 91480416, last month multiple damages (front Bonet & back door / tail light ) occurred in my car and your surveyor ( Kishore Kumar [protected]) is denying to pass the claim and saying this is old damage and we can't pass this, one thing this policy is with you since June 2016, second how can you deny to pass claim.
                                        In December 2016 i have deposited my car for repair, yesterday when I have called surveyor Kishore Kumar he is saying to get this done in cash, what the hell is this?? If I have to get done in cash then tell me why I have taken zero debth policy, one more funny thing happened when I called your Delhi office at[protected], your executive who attended me was rude and very unprofessional and said that this is a fake accident and this damage is old.

                                        Now, Very gently I am requesting you to pass the claim for back light and back Door otherwise I am not going to receive the car as I have paid my full premium to IFFCO TOKIO for Zero Debth. I am expecting a positive reply / progress from your side, please provide with complain number, cont [protected]

                                        On 11 jan17 but not getting soft copy and hard.. 18 Jan I call customer care she assured me within 1 hour you will get soft copy by mail... But still I am not getting..
