IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — Corona Claim Amount Deduction from total claim

Dear Sir,

I have corporate policy with M/s. Iffco Tokio General Insurance which taken by my company, my policy number and other details as under

Policy Validity : 31/07/2020 to 30/07/2021
My company Name :- Sabarmati Gas Ltd
Employee Name : MANISH BAJAK
Name of Patient :KESHAVLAL L BAJAK
CCN No. : 5023512

My father is admitted in the AARTHAM MULTI SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL on dated 21/04/2021 and discharge on 04/05/2021 due to Covid Pneumonitis infection.

Hospital charged the amount of Rs. 275019/- and same I have submitted to insurance company with all original bills and other documents.

the insurance company has settle down the only Rs. 182076/- and they deducted of Rs. 92943 Amount without any reason.

I haven taken lots of time follow up with them on Email But they don't settle down the deducted amount.

Kindly help me out to get my hard earn money from the insurance company.
