IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — Not full damaged covered

My policy number 12205110 from IFFCO tokio commercial zero dep insurance I took it from Maruti insurance brokerage.
I have given car for claiming on 21st of October 2021.
Accident happened on 20th having multiple damages so I took photos also from the place where incedent happen.
Since in my last claim they dint approved multiple damages since I don't have spot photo.

So come to the this cliam so I was in Maruti showroom given the documents to bodyshop person informed what happened and where the damages was .
mine is siwft deca 2016 Commercial
Right side rear quarter panel damagef and rear door damages.
Left side full damages both door fender quarter panel including left side mirror assembly.
Also impact in rear bumber.

So next survor has to visit and had to approve the claims
Since it's zero dep I have no worry and not went for any police complaint and there is nobody has harmed or injured.

After 24 hours which mean 22th Oct evening Survivor inspected my car This was informed by body shop person.

23rd Saturday I got call from Maruti bodyshop person said sir ur claim was not accepted since there is no validity fittnes.
Actually it's been expired two months back.
So the body shop person ask me to talk with Survivor i[censored] wish.

So I took his number and called survor he said there is no validity in fittnes since not approved.
I said since it's pandemic unable to renew even I tried in RTO that time they ask me to come later.
Then I m and individual customer informing the insurance Survivor about that central govt of nah has extended the validity upto 31st of October.
I have forwarded all the documents related to that news from Google.
Then he said he will check with his company if they got any updates regarding that.

Fine next days Sunday so then Monday body person called me and said ur claim is rejected regards different documents.

Actually I have different fittnes certificate for my contract billing purposes
So without knowing I have given the documents to Maruti in the beginning.

So again I contacted the insurance Survivor and informed why this happened.
He said no sir this come under cheating.
There is no way to cheat any insurance company since we r in india anyone can see anyone car details in playstore as well web portal.
So I said Its not about cheat it's about confusion in documents since I send it through my mobile.
So later after my word he said he will conform later about the claims.
So again next day body shop Person call and said only left portion has been approved that too at 80 - 20% which mean I have 20% from the bill Amount in my zero Dip claim insurance.
Then again I called Survivor to make it clear why and all that' Time he said since it's multiple damages he dint have spot photos.
I said I have submitted and asked him to check with Maruti.
Again he went to check more over one week gone like this and actually there is no spare parts they have ordered two door still not received so my car work so not yet started. I was daily visit the showroom and calling to follow up.
Finally on 30th of Oct body shop person has called and said sir Survivor has approved for left side portion and rear bumber with 80 =20% percentage. I told him he approved right u better start the car work whatever he approved .

Same day I call Survivor he not picked the call to know why not fully damages covered and wjy i should pay 20% when I have zero dep insurance claim in cliam period.

Once I said to Maruti bodyshop person that I have to cal to IFFCO tokio insurance company to make its clarify and make its complaint.
He informed this to Survivor and he said to bodyshop person that I rejected the claim.
This I came to know by Maruti bodyshop Person and I called Survivor why and so.
He Blackmailing me say I can easily rejected ur claim for ur cheat documents and ur car will be locked in showroom then u have to pay the full amount .
I have all the documents and call recording about this incident.
I don't know why I have to bargain with insurance company when I have a zero dep insurance claim and also I took it with Maruti brokerage . actually it's Maruti responsible to make the claim.to be settled.

Fine let me what best the company gone make thsi cliam I'm intimated thai to Maruti brokerage as well ask IFFCO tokio insurance company.
Its been more than one week I car is with Maruti will take another one more week for work need to be done informed by Maruti.
Since it's contract vehicle have hired another vehicle for alternative for my car I m paying daily for taht car too. And also I have renew my car insurance next month also I need to done fittnes Also so there is lots of expenses is there for me .

Two months back fittnes expeired but central government MORTH Extended until 31st October 2021 car insurance is in validity.

Taking into consideration the grim situation still continuing due to conditions for prevention of
spread of COVID-19 across the country, it is advised that the validity of all of the above referred
Documents whose extension of validity could not be, or was not likely to be, granted due to lock-
down and which had expired since 1st of Feb, 2020 or would expire by 31% October, 2021, the
same may be treated to be valid till 31%* October, 2021. Enforcement authorities are advised to
treat such documents valid till 31°* October, 2021. This will help citizens in availing transport
related services.
