Ignou — Not Received Marksheet and Provisional Certificate

Dear IGNOU,
This is to inform you, I have successfully completed the MCOM Program with the session ( Jul[protected]. My grade card was updated on 10th November 2021. It's been more than 26 days since I haven't received the certificates yet.

My Enrollment No. is[protected], Program Code: MCOM.

Please I request you to do the needful and Provide the certificates asap.

I already mailed several times to [protected]@ignou.ac.in & [protected]@ignou.ac.in but nobody has ever responded to that emails.

Please it's a matter o[censored]rgency. I am in a hurry to take admission to my MPhil Program.
