I have submitted all assignments ( total 5 subject, mcsl25, mcs 21, 22, 23, 24 )before due date for 2nd semeter PGDCA course in May 2021 and passed in term-2 exam successfully.

Till date, assignement marks not updated. niether Ignou Delhi-3 is helping me nor study center.

I am emailing many times continuoulsy from last 2 months but no one is helping me.
even i have used ignou grivance website for the same but all effort goes in vain.

i am waiting for my pgdca degree from last 2 months.

please help me for the same.

To Whom it may concern

This is to inform you that the IGNOU University is not taking students grievance seriously. I had submitted my assignment in May 2021 through the Google form at IGNOU Web portal. Only 1 out of 4 assignment mark updated to Grade card in September 2021 and remaining 3 were not updated as received so I did follow up with RC and then moved to Study center then again moved to RC due to no response from SC 0709. After 2months continous follow up they finally updated my assignment status as received on 5th December and marks send to RC and RC updated it as send to Head quarters on 7th December. Due to their slow and unprofessional working style I lost an year and missed to apply for MBA or Masters for July 2021 sesison. I have then approached IGNOU HQ but they are also in processing which is not sure when will reflect to Grade card. 15th Dec más last date for admission in masters program but due to delayed and ignored by IGNOU team I have lost the chance to fill the form. As I have passed in all theory papers but these 3 assignment's marks need to complete the grade card/mark sheet thus I have no idea how to contact this university VC as their portal have all incorrect and useless phone numbers.

You are requested to respond immediately and update my marks within this week of December 2021

My name is Satvinder kaur.I had been taken admission in IGNOU in 2016 in MPS Program i had submitted my assignment MGPE 007 my Enrolment number is[protected]th of Time to the campus through mail and hard copy of my assignment. But my marks are not reflecting in a grade card. IGNOU take 3year to update my one assignment right now im not even receive my final marksheet and degree I m really disappointment with the irresponsibility that have been done with me. Please help me in this really need full for my further studies that i want to do after my Masters

ISSUE -1
I took admission in Master of Arts (EDU) refers as MAEDU In Indra Gandhi National Open University in June 2020 session. I have submitted approx Rs 9000 of Total fee of approx Rs19000
Enrollment No.[protected]

1-I never received any id card
2- There is no helpline number in working condition to get help on really small issues
3- they are not replying even on the official emails given for help by them

IGNOU changed my Regional Center which was close to my residence after taking admission.
After 6 months they changed my Study center too.
Now for even a small query i have to travel more than 12km where there staff doesn't give any reasonable response.

ISSUE- 2
Ignou notified on there website to submit assignment for my first year of MAEDU on email id [protected]@gmail.com which was my new Study center's email id
I have submitted the assignment within the time period. But the recipient's inbox was full so the email failed to deliver after some attempts.

I wrote an email to [protected]@ignou.ac.in on 8th of September 2021 to know about the solution for this but till date there is no response from there side.
After checking there website there was a notification that says "Enrollment No.[protected] and Program MAEDU Assignment/Project/Practical Submission Status Not found.
Kindly check with the concerned Study Centre/Regional Centre, if submitted"

So i came to my new relocated regional center. Where they are asking me to visit the study center.

The i have been gost hunting for a simple assignment submission which i allready did.

Please help me as i am a working professional, allready wasted 6 months on this and will be unable to complete my Post graduation on shortest period of time possible.

I had completed my graduation from IGNOU in 2021..My Grade card is completed and I assignment also submitted .As per IGNOU policy they are providing a Marksheet and provisional certificate to learners correspondence address within 45 days .But I haven't received any information or notification of issuing of Marksheet and provisional certificate.i myself send mail to [protected]@ignou.ac.in but they aren't provide satisfactory information and just reply to this, " your Marksheet and provisional certificate is non delivered and will be dispatched very soon please wait., " So please help me to getting my documents will be delivered to me that easy for me to apply further studies.Thank you . I am a B.com graduate from this University. I graduated in 2018. I had applied for my migration certificate and paid the prescribed fees in 21.01.2019. I had opted for the delivery of my certificate at my place of residence in Delhi.

The certificate was not delivered and I was also preoccupied in some other studies so it skipped my mind. Now, I am in need of the same document to apply for some further studies but currently my place of residence is other than India.

Could someone please guide me as to what I need to or where shall I raise my concern regarding the matters stated above?

This is charu . I am doing mps course from IGNOU. I submitted my Assignment online but my 2 assigment marks are not reflecting on the grade card rest 10 subject marks are reflecting on the card and there are subjects, which are following.

but still, Marks of these subjects are not populated. while theory mark of all subjects have been declared . Due to this, I am loosing my better opertunities.

I took admission in BCA in August 2021 and cancelled it within 30 days. I contacted ignou via email and they told me that fee will refund within 6 weeks but now more than 10 weeks is over and till now no refund is done. And now they are not replying to my email...

We have Submit our assignment in June 2020 during covid-19 through mail. but my assignment mark not reflected yet last one year, hence my all subject clear in theory, my degree stuck only due to assignment mark not update.

Please solve the issue we have facing this issue from last year.

I have taken admission in July 2020 in BA political houner (BAPSH)
AT ADMISSION TIME I pay 3200 +200 registration=3400
Admission time ignou show their fee for bapsh programme for 2nd year 3200 and 3rd year 3200
But at this time when I re registered for 2nd year ignou demand 3800 that is against their own fee that is 3200 per year.

So I request to ignou as well as you please pay attention to this fraudulent .I am unable to pay exceed fee amount
Please take a good decision for all students

I paid an online fees of 6, 600/- on 9th November at 1:54PM from Google Pay. The transaction is success however Ignou website still says "Payment not done".

It's been many days, no money has been returned to me.

Please help to look into this issue.

Much valuable but for this institution no value for our and time tooo.

I am student of ignou with regional centre PATNA and study centre a.n college patna (0529) sir i already submit my submit for my all year . But these marks updated i enroll in 2017 in ba psychology ... My name is aman kumar singh . I already submit soft copy and hard copy both as per the centre tell me .. but nothing happen please help i have to apply to upsc and other exam ...its already 2 year late

I have tried calling lSTUDY CENTRE - 1403: JDT ISLAM, Kozhikode, Kerala for the past 3 weeks but after each ring, the line goes busy and never rings again. This is probably because they take the receiver off the phone so they don't have to attend phone calls.

Because of my work schedule, I cannot physically visit the place. Since registering for the course, i have not received any update from them about the study material or course start date. As I cannot login to their portal I had sent an email but no response from them as expected.

Common man puts in a lot of trust in IGNOU. But experiences like this forces us to choose expensive alternatives in private colleges.

Respected Sir,

I had applied for reregistration for 3rd Semester of BAG Course online on IGNOU Samarth Website today on 26/11/2021 and paid the fee amount of Rs 2805. The Fee was deducted from my account but the status on the website shows fee not paid. The deadline for reregistration is 30 November 2021, which is only 4 days from now. If i failed to confirm this payment, my semester will be delayed by 6 months again. Already it has been delayed by 6 months because I was not informed by IGNOU through email or SMS about reregistration deadline. I tried calling all the numbers provided on the website but of no use, IGNOU has no functioning grievance mechanism as all calls either don't connect or are not answered. I have attached the proof of Fee payment in the attachments below. Please intervene immediately and help me in this matter as it is crucial for my career. I am looking forward to your positive response. Thank You.
