Dear Sir, I Rajeev Ranjan, a student of BA programme in IGNOU, I have successfully submitted assignment on 29/04/2021. I have completed my course in August 2021 Inspite of my completion of the course, the grade card display on the IGNOU site is incomplete, showing two of my assignments as incomplete (not submitted). Its almost one year of submission of assignment but marks aren ot updated yet of two subject
After that i have complaint many times regarding updation of the assignment marks but they are not responding my query. Due to unpdation of assignment marks, i am not able to take admission in Master Program. I should have completed my graduation in 2021 but due to this assignment marks i am still in graduation.

I've filled my application form for jan-2022 session at 28th Jan, 2022.
Fees paid,
Documents submitted everything,
But still they haven't confirmed my admission,
My colleagues have gotten their enrollment even after filing application after me.

Can you resolve that??

This is to inform you that i am student of M.com from IGNOU. I paid my exam fees thrice on 2nd October 2019. Because first two attempts was unsuccessful. As it was showing enrollment number not exist. And the last attempt was successful. Amount of fees was RS 900. So university has excess amount of RS 1800. First two attempt was made from google pay account from my friend's account. I was expecting that refund will be automatically returned to me but today is 10th October and i still didn't get the amount. I am attaching details here for your reference.

It is informed that, on 07/Feb/2022 I was made payment of ignou new admission for sum amount of rs.8700/-for the course program: M.Com, payment has been deducted from my account but it is not yet completed even i have not received confirmation page of ignou admission and payment status still showing pending .

I got mail on 3 feb and today is 5 Feb still didn't get the refund.

I had submitted my assessment in the month of may 2021 through Google form link which was provided by my regional centre and I had received my submission receipt as well but still it is not updated they had not informed me why and what they're are doing
I had mailed them but they are clearly denying that they had not received any assignments of mine I m really very confused to what to do or what not to do please help

I received a mail from Ignou on 31st January 2022 that they successfully refunded my money but the money is not showing in the account & nor the transaction of 31st January . Please help me with this if Ignou refunded the amount then why it's not showing in the mini statement? Please help me with this issue as soon as possible cause I need to take admission it's way to late please.

This is Rehana Shaikh from, Goa. Recently I have done addimssion in IGNOU. Am financially very poor & after huge arguments with my parents I have done addimssion & paid amount. Now I don't want to take addimssion and I want my money back. I was not aware that parents took money from somebody else & they want to their money back. Please help me to get my refund back or please provide me concern person details.
I tried calling all the numbers of IGNOU & regional center but no-one is responding.

I had applied for Admission for Distance M.COM in IGNOU through their website.
My admission was cancelled on 15th January 2022 from university side stating that University changed the syllabus.

On contacting their help desk number on 27th January 2022, they said that the fees that is Rs 7085 will be refunded back within 10 days.

But till now i have not got my fees refund of Rs 7085.
I have been trying to call on all the helpline numbers but no response,
I have been continuously mailing on various mail id that I got through their website mentioned below:, rc delhi1, , , , , , , [protected]@ignou.ac.in

I have been mailing them almost everyday and no one is responding for the same.
The fees is refundable as its been cancelled from the university end.
Then also they are not refunding my fees.
request you to please refund the fees paid as the cancellation was done from the university side.

I request you to please help me in getting the refund fee amount of Rs 7085.
I want IGNOU my fees to be refunded back as soon as possible

I have not received my refund even though I have got a e-mail of refunding my funds

I took admission in January 2022 session but due to some changes I can not further continue so i mailed my rc to cancel my admission and refund my fees but i haven't got any reply from them.

I submitted 4 assignments of MPA Final year in Mar 2021 at study centre 27220 (lucknow university) in hard copy, out of which marks of 3 assignments got updated in SEP 21 but marks of MPA16 are not updated yet.My exam is not far now and I feel it's getting very late now.
I submitted grievances at IGRAM but to no avail.
I emailed to RC lucknow/Study centre number of times as well as contacted telephonically but my grievance has not been sorted out yet.

I am a serving soldier of IAF and have been posted to Vijayawada, thereby making it difficult to physically visit the RC/SC.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
