Ignou — refund second fee

I have applied for programme- master of arts in economics(MEC) on[protected]. I have given the payment through IDBI from Indian Bank the transaction Id-[protected]P-1, Txn Ref no-[protected], Pg Txn Id-[protected] but due to some technical problem i did not get any patyment traction no but after making payment for the second time from HDFC payment type from citi bank the transaction id of another payment is [protected]-2, Txn ref no- [protected], Pg Txn Id-[protected].so I request you to refund second fee.
