I m, and student of, c a i i b course., last date of online application to appear for July 2017 was 29 April. But as I m not in India I came to know on 27 April that after 2 days caiib application form date will get over. So i started trying since 27 April to fill up the form but eithrt it won't allow me to enter with heading please try after 5 min or if I am able to get in then at payment gateway WAIT wait.. Options comes and it get stuck for half an hour. Let me tell u before proceeding payment gate way msg comes don't press back. For same I was not pressing anything and only option I had was to wait. Still 28 night same problem. I wrote mail immediately as it is given as heading for any query and assistance please write to mail(I don't understand when no help they r giving then y to highlight!). Still no reply from their end so I tried full night of 28 April that is till 6.30 am in morning but same problem. By that time I tried from many instrument like mobile, laptop, tab, India mobile etc but same message. So at night 3 am in dubai (in India 4.30am)i woke up by calling my friend and requested her please fill up online form from there may b this issue u will not get i[censored] will fill up from. India and she also helped me but same problem she was also getting. And till 29 12.10 I tried. But after 12 that online application option is disabled exactly at 12 as it was the last date. (for that site is working on time!) now... Already I have booked ticket for dubai to India for July month side by side as I was not aware this much of problem I will face! Then on 30 April as it is Sunday, I can't call in any center as holiday. Let me tell u on 28 and 29 also I tried to call international call but no one was picking up. So I tried on 1 may to Delhi, chennai and calcutta branch (I have not called on 1 may to. Mumbai as maharashtra day) but same...no response!! (I tried almost all number u can say more than 100 times that is full day) and this level patience is already gone but still importance of examination I know and i want to appear means a efforts I have to take! (this was made me understood by IIBF staff! As such they r their only to perform their duty and u know their duty is only to attend phone and give no. What u want and if v ask t people about not picking up the phone since i was trying continuesly they told in simple words v don't know as v r picking up. I know my duty don't teach me. I am board phone attentive so v r not aware about particular query solution. I am giving u no. U call their and talk to them. But don't tell me. Etc etc. Let me tell u when u r representative of any institute then u r responsible to give answer to ur customer or member in polite manner and I know as I am working in bank since 6 years and I can't refuse customer by saying u r not my branch customer so don't tell me anything about my other branch staff. No.i can't. Right? .Bcoz I am representative of my full bank and not only particular branch. But that concept when I was trying to tell that bored line person he became rude and start telling that I am giving u number for ur query related dept then take it and don't teach me my job. Here please tell me from ground staff to upper level staff there is option of putting complain on behalf of customer with proof but when I told him to put this complain about non receiving call that time he told it is not his part of job and told please keep the phone and don't try to teach me my job. I just kept the phone as it was international call and no use. Clearly I came to know it is waste of my time and my money. As person is not in a position to understand u! Another Problem start when I called up to particular dept. That director of examination dept. He has picked up my call immediately but I can make out from his behaviour that he is having that chair pride but yes u r at certain position means it is prestige and not attitude. When I told him my problem.. He simply asked y did u wait for last moment? When I m telling him clearly I have not waited for last moment, the moment I came to know I started filling up the form I have not waited for 11.50 of night 29 April!! Just imagine how he was handling my matter. Later on he was telling if the problem is with gateway then it is not IIBF fault but when Problem was from two days then IIBF should not look into this matter?? He told it is ur mistake as y did u waited for end moment. This site is used by all over world so chances of technical issues r there but still it is not IIBF problem! Now tell me what to tell. Let me tell here that ones u have time till 29 April one can't say u r late when u r trying on 27 and 28! But when I told sir.. Other professional institute are giving one more option with late payment fees online application then whether IIBF is giving this type of option? Instead of giving me proper reply he told i[censored] r interested in other institution then please go there and don't come here. (how can he answer like that as all institute are unique and separate? If I want to do CA then I have to go in the institute of chartered accountant and not IIBF. If I want to do CS then I have to enrol in Company Secretary Institute and not in IIBF OR Ca institute. so same if I want to do CAIIB then I have to come to IIBF. U cant say to go somewhere else. And now seriously if any other institute is there then who is offering CAIIB then happily I would like to go. Attest people will b better to answer. It is saying that u will understand value of customer only if there is competition or u r not in monoploy line of activity and lastly he told don't talk here about other institute and about mail which u have written before 29 will b replied today that is on 2 may! Now tell me what is the meaning of assistance for exam related matter?? And about phone number calling to other centre to get help ones date is over then y u called up to other centre or here. It is no use.!!!he was not ready to understand that to get solution or problem occurred as mail reply also not received on time I was calling otherwise muje koi shokh nahi tha IIBF main call karne ka and that is also international call!! About ticket book he told what IIBF will DO? I was not telling IIBF to reimburse my ticket cost, I was just informing him as importance of exam but he has takem everything like I am asking ticket cost! At last he told u want me to cut the phone or u want to do argument which u r doing since begining? Seriously I felt too bad that he has taken everything in argument manner means my problem is not his problem or he is not in mood to solve as v r small and they r big. So v r irrelevant! Our work, our query, our thought process is entirely wrong that his behaviour was trying to show. When I asked whether I will get positive reply or my query will get solved? He simply told chances r not there but they will see if it is genuine then they will think!! That means what effort I have taken has zero value as I was late on 27, 28 and 29!!!
