IIHT — CCNA Certificate

I, Mr. Sourav Basu Mallick have enrolled at IIHT Park Street, 30, J.L. Nehru Road, Chowringhee Mansion, 3rd Floor, Kolkata-700016 for CCNA course on 21/05/2013 where my Enrollment no was KPS[protected]. After finished my course they scheduled the CCNA online examination to my learning center approx four months before where I scored 84.13%. But now it is middle of March, 2014, till now they are unable to inform me the status of my CCNA certificate. I have contact many times to the respective coordinator of IIHT Park Street Branch, Doly Madam (IIHT Park Street Branch inform me to contact her about my certificate) but unfortunately she didn't give me any satisfactory status of my pending certificate. She informed me every time that she do not know the status of my certificate and every time she was asking me to call to the IIHT Park Street Branch few weeks later since four months. Recently fifteen days before she suggested me to collect the printed mark sheet and for her suggestion I went to her to collect my certificate. But when I was there then she informed me that she didn't find out my mark sheet file. But she assure me that she will try to find out that file.Today I have recontact to Doly madam over phone about my certificate then she repeat her past voice again. Today she inform me that that mark sheet file is deleted from the computer and my exam invigilator didn't send that file to her, so she cannot provide me the that mark sheet print out even she do not know the status of my CCNA certificate. Every time I got harassed from the IIHT Park Street team and I do not know the solution. IIHT is a renowned company and this type of harassment is unexpected to a student.
