This is to bring into notice of the company that Deepak Kumar was appointed as CCE in Vi store- Arya Enterprises from nov'2021. In a very short period of his work period we got to find his negligence in work, not taking any responsibility and making forge sales every month which was about hundred nos. Being channel partner when I brought this to the notice of the company than he was issued PIP in April month. And to meet this PIP he just framed another plan and made a forge sale again of 80 nos. In May month when we started to push him for the payments to be cleared of the above mentioned sale, initially he tried to keep postponing that it will be done.And when he found that this time, he won't be able to keep the matter away and he is on the eye of the company, he waited for his salary and incentives. Once he got his pay amount, he just disappeared and even didn't hand over the store keys directly to me rather I recieved it from some one else.
Afterwhich, I and Sumita Ma'am tried alot to contact him, but he completely ignored.Then on continuous call and mail, he suddenly reverted us that he has resigned and won't be available. He even didn't serve notice period nor did he made proper handover after resignation. For which I got a mail from Sumita Ma'am for his resignation and NOC. On this I cleared that he will get NOC only when all the dues and payments of sales which had been done by him are cleared. On this his statements were :-(JO DENA THA DE DIYE SAB CLEAR HAI OR NOS KI RESPONSIBILITY MERI NAI HE. MAI RESIGN KAR CHUKA HU, AB MERI KOI RESPONSIBILITY NAI HAI. YE COMPANY KA INTERNAL MATTER HAI OR AGAR NO KA PAYMENT NAI AA RAHA TO MAI KUCH NAI KAR SAKTA. COMPANY MUJHSE BAAT KARNA HAI TO KAR LE).
He did whatever he wanted and gained all the perks but now when these payments are not cleared, I have to face clawbacks. For which I personally when tried to communicate to the customer, so that payments are cleared then I got to know that he(Deepak) urged customer to take the numbers as he had been issued PIP for which the customer won't be liable to pay and whatever the circumstance arises, he will manage.
Why should I face the consequences of his forge sale? He got salary and incentives and now even not taking responsibility to clear up the payments and I will be facing the clawbacks.And now he is working in AIRTEL STORE HARI OM TOWER, RANCHI.
How come such people are supported by hr teams of IKYA(ALREADY DISCUSSED WITH HR CHANDAN)and he is bieng helped out without taking his feedback from previous manager and without going through his code of conduct and NOC to the same position in a competitive company(AIRTEL).Such people should be banned from the system and some serious actions should be taken so that any person in such role should understand the corporate etiquette's and proper job responsibility.
SO, looking into this, declare him as a absconder and also make sure that he will not be the part of any such company or system and hold his salary.
