      For that I have PF IN IKYA QUESS CORP
      UAN number is given from jammu office which is located in Bahu plaza,
      Officer sitting in jammu provide me my UAN NUMBER PF Number BUT there is something mismatch for that he given me contact and Email of Chandigarh office..i contact and mail to that officer I provide him self DECLERATION form ..but there is no even a single update on that mail ...phone is not pick by that officer no update ..nothing. please help me solve my problem ...

                For the bank details I have submitted my cheque book copy, but as it a pre printed kit my name is not printed on it. So it got rejected from your end. There is no availability of passbook for my account,
