Updated by Jitheesh Kumar K G The assured Salary promised by the company was 12500 before i joined the company but iam not getting the amount promised by the company. From the 12500 rupees approximately 1400 is deducted as provident fund and ESI amount rupees 360 is deducted as Esi.
The balance amount is 10740 is to be credited to me as salary but iam actually getting rupees 9800 only. The balance amount 940 is not getting for me.
This is to inform that the company is deducting 940 rupees from my salary without any cost.In my paying slip the missing 940 rupees is shown up House rent and actually iam not getting this amount as house rent and i have no rent to pay i have my own house. So i need to get this deducted amount rupees 940 which i own.
Please help me out against the above situation.

After i served the notice period, employer actually gave me 10 day extra salary.

Now they calculated full and final and they are asking me to pay back the extra salary they have given me, but at the same time they had not paid the pending travel claims, and i did not received my claim money which was already approved and processed, when i asked them that why they have not paid the claims and also not included it in the full and final calculation, they are not replaying properly, and one of the hr says claims are not part of the fnf, but he refuses to reply in the mail.

If they calculate f&f including my pending claims, it will be more than what they have paid me extra.

i have sent JOINT DECLARATION to Quess Corp as per their mentioned address in mail.

Post following up several times over that mail no reply has received. Neither my date of birth has been changed or approved by employer.

Hi,

After several reminders made to employer for doe updation on epfo portal, i finally lodge a complaint to epfo about this behaviour. I again lodged a complaint and still employer is not listening. It feels like, employer has no fear of epfo commissioner.

Its about 3 months and after several requests to employer and twice complaint to epfo, my doe is not updated.

There is no one to control the employer.
This employer is mentally harassing me by not listening to me and epfo. Not even replying to my emails.

I need strict action against this employer.
