My name is wrong in my pf slip. My name is anku kumar sharma in my all documents and offer id of ikya but in pf & uan it is anku kumar singh and also in ikya profile now. This occurs many problems like i didn't withdraw my pf which i need and also my experience certificate. I have already mailed on [protected]@ikyaglobal.com and also hard copy sent to bangalore office but no any response. By this i can't show my experience in another company. My employee id is a404235.
Please correction in my name as anku kumar sharma. I'm very grateful to you for this.

This is sathya amarnad noone from hyderabad. I have worked in indus towers ltd. From march 2013 to august 2015 on pay rolls of ikya.

My pf details are incomplete and i have updated in uan portal. Now status showing as "pending at employer". And reference no given as 631409

Kindly approve the details at the earliest. I need to withdraw my pf.

This is infirm you that i am unable to withdraw the pf amount. I was visiting the ikya office bhubaneswar branch 7-8 times for withdraw my pf amount. They told that at first link your adhar card and pan card in your pf account. I have already link the adhar card number and also pan number.
They told that it will approved. I asked them how many days required. They told that it will take 15- 45 days required.
Request to you please look into issue urgent. Why are opening the ikya office in bhubaneswar. They have no resulation for that.

I was having issues to withdraw my pf from online portal so I reach to the mumbai office where I was employed. the lady named (Shibangi Nagot) she has the responsibility of pf department, I reach to her that I wanted to withdraw my pf but she further any talk she said (rudely) we don't do offline pf withdrawal because the procedure it takes 6 months for clearance so, you have to withdraw from online. I imagined that she was totally misguiding!
she gave me her email ID and office contact number for any helps if I needed,
on the next day I login to online portal and the pf claim section I saw there was someone else account details showing on my account, after sometimes I login again and there was showing same problem as earlier _you have multiple account and it should be transferred into one account hence claim cannot be approve and if I'm going to transfer my previous account which I withdrawn already it shows your previous and current account are different.

I emailed her for help regarding this issue for 3-4 times but she doesn't replied since 10 days, I had call her on telephone number she once received my call and said call me at 5pm after that she was always busy and didn't receive my calls.
also I had email regarding this on epfo technical support and still waiting for reply.

I was working with dlf mangnolia guragaon under the management of ikya, as a lobby officer. I left the job on june 2016.
I went for my clearance in delhi, badarpur office to clear my account and wante to apply for my pf. I was attented by abhishek ghosh, and after several request. I submit my all the documents and also he sent me back to bring my uan card no. Which i deposit. Now its been 2 months 10 days, continuously calling for my pf and now i get to know that they have not deposited my pf form and now they are requesting me to come again for the procedure. I was not been treated well by mr. Abhishek and mr. Mukesh and mr. Sharma at ikya office badarpur. I hardly recommend their name to anyone, they are not good people., they treat others like uneducated people. I am well qualified in hotel industry from last 15years. I had worked with many companies, this is one of the worst experience i ever had. Please do call meif you really wanted to know what exactly happened with me.

Further tried contacting ikya office as well as customer care but not getting any response. When contacted they usually reply your form is under process. This has been more then 4 months but no response.

I am ex employee of ikya and i got an error while activating uan that name and date of birth does not match with data base i have no uan no my employee id is a289759 please check with it asap.
