Dear Sir,
I am Akshay Aggarwal working as FOS in Bajaj Finserv for last 6 months and I believe as an employee of this reputed company, it's my responsibility to bring you this important matter related to Mr. Pardhuman Sharma, who is also my reporting manager, in front of you.
Mr. Sharma always behaves in a very unprofessional manner with the fellow co-workers. He uses a foul abusive language with everyone and is very disrespectful in general. You should take note of the fact that there are female co-workers too in the team. They get extremely uncomfortable when Mr. Sharma uses that kind of language in front of them.
While being confronted of the same, Mr. Sharma shamelessly told us that it's the culture of Bajaj and using an abusive language is the only way how Bajaj functions.
He is shaming the company and bringing down the company's reputation. You can enquire about his behavior with other team members as well. They all will agree with me.
Last night i.e. 31st August 2021, he called me and told me to come to NSP officw immediately. On my refusal, he threatened to abscond me. He talked to me in such a foul language that I feel deeply uncomfortable to even mention his words. He abused my mother, my sister, called names to my family members. This is clearly a case of work place harrasment, verbal abuse, exploitation, humiliation, bullying and degradation of dignity.
With these unfortunate chain of events, I feel forced to resign from my post as FOS with no other options left. It's extremely unbearable for me to work at a place where pathetic people like Mr. Pardhuman Sharma make the work environment immensely hostile.
