I am Ex-Employee of Videocon ( IKYA Human Resources Company) . I have some problem about in PF related. I leave the job 25th feb. 2010 and document summit in 18th sept. 2010 in PF office. But matter not settle till date. So, I finally share this situation in yourself. This amount is valuable in my life. My details mentation is as below:-

PVT LTD., i have applied the PF on the month December 2013, still date
the document is not submitted, as per interaction today with archana
[protected], she told document will be submitted within next week,
previous interaction they told me to call [protected] sunny, i called
this person he told me he is in delhi, call to 67131290, again i tired
to this number to contact suresh. later again i have to toll free number
archana she told me document is not submitted.
i kindly requested to process my PF document and i
need to complaint this things and why you need 2 month for PF form
submitting, after submitting i have to wait another 45 days, Like this
none of the company do because i have received PF from MNC company they
processed within week, why peoples doing delay and making very difficult
to employees.
Please conform me the details that PF acknowledgment that process. take this complaint. process my PF form ASAP

I complete agree with Apurvi, for me also it has been more than two months since my resignation but no sign of the F&F settlement and the HR is not sure how long it will take.

the settlement was delayed as the reliving formalities was not adhered and incomplete down load of work. however as per the process the full and final has been cleared vide Cheque number 330623 Axis bank dated 14 oct 08 Rs 14295/-. With regard to PF the forms has been submitted to RPFC bangalore and acknowledgement has been sent to your personal ID. we bring to your notice that the settlement period has been extended to 90 days by the department as per the communication received by us, so this is something which is beyond ikya's control, you should receive it shortly.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My full & final settlement is not made which is cause of concern to me.I am sorry to state that even after the expiry of 84 days from my notice period ending dated 18/8/2017.I have been more than 3months & I have not yet got it
I Am being harassed by this Delay.Kindly Help Me.
I therefore request that my full & final settlement be done.
