Ikya Human Capital Solutions — request for re leaving letter

Myself was an employee in ikya between[protected].
My date of leaving was on 05/12/2012 in ikya.

I was advised that i will receive my relieving letter through post to my house address.
But i never received through post.
I made a mistake to do a follow up.
Recently when i went to chennai ikya office, they said there is no one for nokia representative.

Kindly requesting to advise from where and with whom, i can collect my relieving letter.
Even if i can receive through my email, it would be great.

I need it little urgent as i am planning to do a migration to a different country.
