Imagine Marketing — boat rockerz 255 / received incomplete product

I have raised a complain(282087) on 22 May, 2019 regarding the battery issue that i was facing with boat rockerzz 255 (active black) which I purchased from amazon. the reverse pickup assistance was done and I gave back the complete packet of the earphones including the extra pair of buds and the charging cable. On 28 May I received the headphones in a simple transparent packet with no assurance whether its new or the old one itself. There was no charging cable and no extra pair if ear buds. I am contacting the boat assistance but they dont pick up the call.
Please provide me the charging cable and extra buds or give me the refund.
