Imagine Marketing — Pickup not given back if cancelled

I have generated a replacement warrenty on boat's imagine marketing by ticket no 1323693 which they allotted xpressbees as pickup for item awb no[protected]... The parcel was picked up by 29th july by the agent & i even have the receipt... But the shipment status is rpcancel... As they say imagine marketing has cancelled the item... How's this possible... That's not the way to treat the customers...
I will look to file complaint against you at the station if issues not solved

I have generated a replacement warrenty on boat's imagine marketing by ticket no 1413059 which they allotted xpressbees as pickup for item awb no[[protected]].
The parcel was picked up by 21th August, 2020 by the agent (sangam kumar maddhesiya Mob no.[protected]) at 6.30pm. But the shipment status is rpcancel... As they say imagine marketing has cancelled the item... How's this possible... That's not the way to treat the customers...
Therefore i request you look at this matter and do needful as earliest.

The parcel was picked up by 2nd december, 2021 by the agent at 5.30pm. But the shipment status is rpcancel... As they say imagine marketing has cancelled the item... How's this possible... That's not the way to treat the customers...
Therefore i request you look at this matter and do needful as earliest.
