Imagine Marketing Private Limited — Never received my replacement product after 5 months

I have purchased a Redgear mouse from Amazon and due to a fault I have submitted to Redgear team on July 14 from my house and informed on 28th July that I will be getting a replacement. But till now I have not received the product or able to track it. After continuous calling their useless customer care still I haven't received the product and it's been 5 months since the product has been picked up. I contacted their delivery partner "delivery" behalf of them and they informed me that the replacement product was never picked up from Redgearoffice due to unserviceable area.
