I bought boat earphones from Amazon. Within 20 days they started malfunctioning so I applied for replacement through their website www.support.boat-lifestyle.com. they sent a guy to pickup my product and it was sent to Mumbai. When I check the status of my complaint, it shows that replacement product was issued on 2nd october. But it has been 12 days and I don't have any information regarding the replacement earphones and their delivery. Service centre neither picks up the calls nor they reply to the mails. My 1500 rupees are getting wasted because of these frauds. Was this information helpful? | |
