I have purchased a boat airpodes 121v2 from amazon 6/11/2020. But after some use one side airpode was not working and my product is on warranty period, so i registered a complain and they respond me and picked my product on 17th May - 2021 from my home address. On 24th May 2021 they update me "Product has been inwarded at our service hub and is in testing phase now. It usually takes 2 business days to complete". Now from that day i haven't got any update from their side. I called so many times and they false committed me that your product will be dispatched within 2 days and bla bla. I also contacted amazon and they told me to send a mail with your invoice to their trail mails. I did so but still there is no response from their side.
