Dear Sir, I am Harpreet Singh having Passport No. as G8566638 and would like to inform you that I have been looted by one of the Immigration Consultant Mr. Sanjayai Kapoor of IMMIGRATION HELP having License No.[protected] having contact address as: 5 Begampur Park (Basement), Opposite Kotak Mahindra Bank & Near- IDBI Bank Main Shivalik Road, Malviya Nagar New Delhi- 110017 Phone No: 011 – 41607887 / 8 / 9 Fax: 011 – 41607889 Email: [protected]@myimmigrationhelp.com & [protected]@myimmigrationhelp.com Website : http://www.myimmigrationhelp.com/ Actually I wish to apply for Immigration to Australia last year and hire this Consultation firm "IMMIGRATION HELP" to guide me on all the requirements to lodge application for Immigration to Australia. This Consultation firm advice me to apply under ANZSO code 225411 (Sales Representative – Industrial Product) for Australian Immigration, So based on their advice, I sign the Contract with them in Sep'14. I paid them first installment of Rs 30, 000 as advance for Consultancy fess and Rs 45, 000 for Skill assessment fess in Sep'14. They inform me in Dec'14 that I have got positive Skill Assessment and ask me for another Rs 30, 000 to provide me complete details of this result. On asking about the further proceedings on my application, they inform me that only after receipt of second installment of Rs 30, 000 they will guide me further. Luckily next day, I was going through Immigration conditions of Australia and came to know that this Profile of ANZSO code 225411 (Sales Representative – Industrial Product) was only in list of South Australia and Special conditions were applicable on this Profile since 1st-July-14 (which this Consultation agency hide from me). Nobody outside Australia can ever meet those Special requirements. This Consultation agency mislead me by hiding the complete details of Immigration conditions. I would have never go forward to apply in this Profile and wasted my Rs 75, 000 if you have given me proper consultation. I am a salaried person and this amount matters to me a lot. It's nearly my savings of 10-12 months which this consultant has looted by hiding the correct Criteria. So I would request you to take strict action against this Consultation firm and help me to get my refund of Rs 75, 000 from this Consultation firm.
