I purchased one inalsa food processor of 700 watt vide bill no.867 dated 06.12.16 of m/s. Jai jagdambey plastics, katra jaimal singh, amritsar for rs.5400/-. Since the date of purchase, the product has been found to be non-functioning and it seems there is some manufacturing defect. I lodged my written complaint to authorised inalsa service centre at amritsar m/s. Amardeep electronics, hall bazar, amritsar vide job no.2296 dated 16.08.17 at sr. No.16070104, but inspite of the repair, the product is still not in working condition. Kindly take up the matter with the company to either replace the defective product with a new one or refund me the amount. Regards from manjit singh r/o.
