Inalsa Home Appliances — Hand Blender Robot Inox 1000

I am really unsatisfied with customer service of Inalsa home appliances. As motor is not functioning in Inalsa hend blender which I purchased on 15/03/2019, so call to customer service department and they provide me the address of authorised service centre and I given my blender for repair on service center on 4/03/2020, still after four and half month my blender is not repair yet, from june we contact the service center first for 15 days they told they not received part from company than after 15 days he told now our service contract is broke with company and he provide Mr Anil dani who handle Gujarat region contact no and we talk to that guy he talk vary rudely and told us after waiting more than three month to collect my blander from old service center and ask me to submit to other service centre other wise he told me that I forget my product, I told that person it's not our responsibility to again collect the product from old service center and give it to new one which he not provide us. It's not customer responsibility after once given product to that authorised service center which still on date on Inalsa customer service site and still asking us do that, I just told that give us in writing that we have to collect old product from previous service center and give to new one but he denied to that he just told me that otherwise I have to forget my product, I have service sleep with me too, even thay cancel my complaint on online Inalsa connect App without solve my quary. So request you that you guys help me in this issue
