Inb Times Of Money Limited — uc not received after payment in pubg mobile

I purchased 600 uc in pubg mobile for updating royal pass worth rs.799 on 7th august 2019 through sbi internet banking in pubg mobile. But after payment uc not adedd my account is debited with the amount of rs.799 towards inb times of money limited but i didn't receive the uc.
Till now i haven't received the refund also.
