My name is Sajan Philip a serving Naval officer. I had submitted my IT return for Assessement year 2008-09 at Mumbai. My PAN details is AANPP6446N. My ITR receipt reference no.is 19102488 dated 26 Aug 08.
The refund outstanding to be refunded to me is Rs. 16699.00

Dear Sir,

I have deposited my annual tax return for FY[protected] with Income Tax deptt-New Delhi(Circle-43(1). My PAN no. is AIQPM 6016J. As per my annual tax return I have to receive a refund of Rs 56,949/- from I T deptt. Till date(9th March 2010) I have not received any communication nor refund of my deposited amount.

Can we please pursue with concerned authorities,why my refund has still not been released.

Non-Refund of TDS — Non-Refund of Income Tax TDS

Ref: PAN#: ACSPG1008N
I am a salaried class person and have been following with the Income Tax department for refund of my income Tax TDS for Rs.558/- for A.Y.[protected] & for Rs.2807/- for A.Y.[protected] but they are stubbornly in spite of proper filing of return along with form 16.

I wish all successive ITOs must be held responsible for their inaction and misdeeds only then it will make them move.

I would like to request to the concerned income tax assesing officials in Bhubaneshwar branch office of Odisha state to please look into the matter & do the best needful in releasing the requsite
tds refund amount at the earliest possible time please.

I filed IT returns for AY 2011-12 and claimed for Refund of Rs 19000/-
Refund status says-Refund cheque returned undelivered by the postal department as address provided is incorrect...
However, I provided correct address in IT returns
At present I am working as Senior Branch Manager in SyndicateBank, Vissannapeta branch, Krishna Dist, AP State
I request you to contact IT authorities at Proddatur-Kadapa Dist, AP to expedite payment of IT refund

    JKMC — Delay in receiving the PAN card

    I have lost my PAN card numbered BOQPS8886B and applied for the duplicate one.And it suppose to be delivered with in 15days, but after that also I havent received the same.And I was calling UTI Technologies Ulsoor where I have applied on 25553301 from a long time but all in vein.Kindly let me know the status.

      I had applied for changes of my name and my fathers name. I had submitted all the papers regarding the same along with my original PAN card somewher in June 08. Dicrepency regarding about my name has been removed but there was still the discrepency remaining regarding my father's name. I had cleared the same on Sept 08. The NSDL my file to Income Tax department on 5th January. and till now i have been constantly following NSDL for my PAN card. Their answer remain the same that the file is with the ITD for verification till now. I want my PAN card very urgently.

          hello..
          i m 20 yrs old girl.. i started working in a call center 2 n a half yrs back.. i needed job urgently so i applied for a job in a call center on my cousin sister's Name and her bachelor degree's certificates..i just changed her photo to mine in photo copies of certificates.. ( i know it was cheating but i needed job urgently )
          i got the job and i have a PAN card on her name.
          NOW, i m going to complete my bachelors' degree this year. and i want to make a PAN card on my name.. ( i will leave my curent job )
          BUT the problem is that my cousin sister also needs to make PAN card.
          now there cant be 2 PAN cards on one name.. i dont understand what to do. this has created problems between me n my cousin sis..

          I have been receiving calls from HSBC for two weeks regarding their credit card offer. The offer they mentioned was "I am eligible for 10% cashback on any transactions without any conditions apply for lifetime". Finally I applied and received the card. But I did not get any such cashback for my card. Moreover when I called up the customer care of HSBC, they always end the call abruptly when i start complaining. I dont know what to do with my card, because they are not answering how to cancel my ccredit card. Please help me with this issue as I am scared that I might be charged with unnecessary transactions as I am hearing from many of the other HSBC Credit card users.

                            I have requested to some corrections in MY PAN data.

                            Its been more than 1 year I have received mail from the "NSDL" team saying that there is a Discrepancy in my birth date as per the application and with as per ITD database.

                            They have send an attachment as PDF in which I found there no difference in the both birthdates (ie; as per application and as per ITD database). I don't understand why the mail says there is difference and inside the attachment there is no difference.

                            Anyways, it been more than 1 year i applied only a minor correction in PAN data which is still pending and I really don't know what to do now.

                            Can someone do the neesful here?

                                    I have applied for a PAN card with an agent around 6 months before, and after 15 days from the date of apply I got my PAN number ( ANIPD6175E )from him. But, till now I have not yet recieved the PAN card. I enquired with that agent and he said he will process it once again and asked me to wait for another 15 days, but nothing happened. And again I spoke to him about this and he said that he has checked with UTI and confirmed that card is delivered and I would need to check with Post office nearby. Upon checking with them they said that they have not recieved any PAN card by my name. So, requesting you to please kindly look into this and help me with the solution. Waiting for your reply,

                                    i think they have not come if they come they can call to me but they didnot call to me.

I Satinder Singh, account No [protected], applying a new pan card online and all transaction are completed and my balance was detected from my account shown in last ten transaction of my bank statement (copy att). The balance detected is shown at No 3 transaction of my bank statement. The acknowledge which is displayed at last not comes and the session was expired. I don't know how it is possible because the internet connection is continually going on.
