Sir, kavita singh r/o h. No. K-75, gali no. 2, near - khade wali masjid, gautam vihar, delhi-53, is benificiary of an fdr of 4 lacs (No. [protected]) since 5.6.2014 in uco bank of delhi high court against which she filed income tax return for f. Y. 2014-15 only & not for consecutive years.
She is also benificiary of two more fdrs (No. [protected]) of rs 45000/- & no. [protected] of rs 250000/- in bank of baroda, bhazanpura branch.

It is requested to take speedy necessary action for not compliancing with income tax department.
