I am submitting the complaint about the fake online application submitted by a cyber criminal on the basis of my lost documents to issue duplicate pancard for criminal activities. This application is completely illegal & fake with the criminal motive This application is submitted by atul kumar singh branch manager icici bank vibhuti khand gomti nagar branch lucknow-226010 to validate the fake & illegal bank account no.××××××3942.
