Income Tax Department — Ola recharge amount not credited

I am ola customer for the pat one year, on[protected] i made recharge amout of Rs.999 for ola money on axis bank netbanking the amount was succesfully recharged and the amount was debited by the bank in my account, but the ola recharge was not creidited till now, it was a pathetic situation by ola, , why these things were happend, hence i request the ola group pl rechare my ola money my transaction details is INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/OLA dated 18/08/2015
