Income Tax Department — tax has not been return

Filed form-16 tax return form on june 2017 but till now no action has been taken. Money not refunded. No status has been updated on return file. Very much frustrated. Income tax not helping properly. Why is it stucked or any reason, no updates on this.
Don't know when action will be taken. Looks like till i don't take any action, they also don't take any action.

Dear Sir,
My PAN Card No. is CLYPR5317Q which is not received till now and on i received a message on 04.02.2017 that it will delivered to me by blue dart courier but it will not delivered and return to NSDL.
So kindly arrange it to delivered to me as soon as possible
