One of them called saying that they are landing me a job at hsbc bank and for that you have to pay an amount of 2999/- inr. I refused but then i thought i would be interested since i have been looking out for a job. Hence, i asked them to reduce for which they said 2500/- is the last price. While making the payment, their website wasn't taking working properly, for which they asked me to pay via paytm. I transferred rupees 2500/-. Later they told that for the document verification from the company's end, i need to pay another 8999/- inr. I refused saying i cannot pay for every other step to land a job and this sounded very fishy.in the initial call, the lady didn't mention that the money is refundable, hence when i asked for the refund (2500), they refused saying its non-refundable. Additionally, one of the employees spoke unprofessionally saying "do whatever you want, i wont refund the money". I escalated this to the higher management, again who didn't seem to bother and he apologized for his behavior. I totally believe that this is total scam, also they have been rated 1 star on google. This is just getting people to pay in the first place and say its not refundable. They say its govt. Registered, even if they are registered, they are scamming people internally to get money and say its non refundable. Kindly take an action on manish sharma and sachin sharma for their rude behavior. They are completely unprofessional and they provide partial information with broken english. Please take immediate action because a lot of people are falling prey to this. Thank you!
