Maine independent tv ka service liye 2 months huva... Tab bataya gaya tha ki yearly plan hai... Sab kuch ek saal e liye free hai..
Lekin connection start hote hi dhire dhire sab channels bandh hone lage... Aur ab to last 15-20 dino se pura network hi bandh hai..
Koi bhi channels nahi aa raha.. Error 400 - signal lost.. Bs yahi dekh rahe he
Aur customer care me to kitne sare call lagaye... Mushkil se 30 minutes k baad call lagta he aur jutha waada kar dete hai ki ho jayega ho jayega... Kabhi wo log complaint note nahi karte

Aapse vinti hai ki ya connection chalu karvaiye ya company refund de... Aur vapis kabhi chalu hi na ho... Lakho log fas chuke hai.. Koi action nahi le raha
Pehle kehte the 22 june ko hoga... Tab nahi hua,,, ab kehte 3rd july ko hoga... Shayad tab bhi nayi date hi milegi,,,, paisa lene me to kabhi wait nahi karte... To service me hum kyu wait kare...?

Hume refund kar do aur company bandh karva dijiye

I take independent tv connection in february 2019 and company promise to show all hd and sd channel till one year at a one time cost of rs 1999 but after two months they removed all hd channels and some sd channels. Then i complained to costumer care but they told me that this is due to trai new guidelines and after few days the removed more sd channels and now a days their srevices are completely shut down and they are not receiving our complains, so please take some action about this fraud company. We want our rupees refund.

Independent tv सेवा नही दे पा रही है मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस चाहिए पहले तो बार-बार रुक के चलती थी अब वो भी नही अभी वर्ल्ड कप चल रहा है उसको पता नही है ग्राहक से बात किये बिना ही नियम में बदलाव कर zee और colors के चैनल बंद कर दिए और HD चेनल भी हटा दिए गए इसका कुछ नही हो सकता मुझे मेरे पैसे वापस चाहिए इसका चेनल नही देखना। इसके बात कोई भरोसा नही है।

From past two weeks not even opening any channels, tv screen showing that signal is lost due to bad wheather. But the days very sunny. How come it could be a signal problem. Form the starting installation of the day, i am facing lot of problem... Like video streaming channel lost and signal last. I don't want to see further then i want to refund my money. And stop the service.

Hello sir, maine independent tv ka setup box liya jo ki mujhe oct-2018 mai 1 saal ke subscription ke saath company ne provide karwaya. Starting ke 4 mnth service achi chali uske baad sir jo pack mujhe bataya gaya tha ki yeh channel chalege usmai se per day channel band kiye gaye kuch time pehle pure star ke channel band kar diye gaye jab maine iski complain company mai kari tho mujhe bola gaya ki jo channel band hai iska refund kar diya jayega phir kuch 1 mnth baad star ke channel start kiye phir zee ke saare channel band kar diye gaye usmai bhi yahi baat kahi gayi ki apko iska bhi refund kar diya jayega or sir pichle 12 dino se dth service ppuri tarah se band kar di gayi hai jab iske baare mai call kiya tho company har baar jhoot bol deti hai ki kal chalu hoga par aaj 12 din hone baad bhi koi service chau nahi kari gayi or na kisi tarah ka refund company dwara custmer ko kiya gaya.. Yeh problm mere jaise lakho custmer ke saaath ho rahi hai hame sir apna refund chahiye hame iss company ki service ab nahi chahiye plz hame hamara baaki ka paisa dilwaya jaaye bcz iss company ka pichle 4 mnth se yahi chal raha hai or cusmter ko crodo rupyee ka dhoka karke baiti hai plz trai ko bol kar iss par ab action le. Thnx

Independent tv has not been able to provide satisfactory services since it’s inception.

Initially they took over 6/7 months to start the services. Now they have not paid their dues thereby stopping the services completely.

Also, they do not provide hd channels even if it’s been already paid.

Customer care executive refused to register complains and are rude.

Request complete refund of paid amount since, we have not been able to utilise the dth services.

I trusted independent tv because of the big name of reliance products.. But i think i made a mistake.. Initially you said hd channels will be provided but instead providing hd you removed many sd then also i have not complained. Every month for 5 to 6 days your channel gets interrupted then also i shut my mouth. But now you have done extreme pain from 10th of june not a single channel is coming. Please refund me after deducting all your charges. And take back this # independent tv.

I'm rohit batheja. From ahmednagar, maharashtra. I want to complete about ur set up box. Name independent tv. From one month ur set up box is off. I call to customer care they sad that it will be start from 22th june 2019. But 23th june 2019 still it's off. And now again i call to customer care number they sad it will start from 3nd july 2019. I want to say to company that ur customer are not mad to wait for more days. So please i request u to refund customer money and me to refund my money 💰.

Last 1 months channels are not working, also when we are calling customer care no one pick up a phone, maine bhahut badi halti kardi indipende tv lagvake, please don't sold indipende tv. Solve the problem as soon as possible, don't sold indipende tv. Give me my money back. Don't sold indipende tv, don't sold indipende tv, don't sold indipende dish.

From starting the service is not so good, it looks like buffering is going. Most of the channels are not signaling are not available, like colors, zee, star these channels are not working. The plan i was selected is says all channels are free for one year but the channels are not working all hd channels are not working. The most of the time the signal is buffering and channels are not working. After all these issues now all channels are not showing signal on the tv, the dth is not working. That's why i want my money return to me, i. E. I want my refund.

Hi team, i bought independent tv dth then company promised me all channels are free till one year but after 4 months i am facing the problem of channels are not available even a single channel. Whenever i call to customer care then no one respond after that i mailed to them but no one respond the same overthere.
Independent tv cheated to me and others more people directly. Now i want if they are unable to provide the service then please refund my money.
Independent tv is very pathetic company and service too.

Company has promised a lot of channels since the day one from past 3-4 month's have been provided worst services burt from past 1 months they have been the worst not a single channel is working but also they are not attending our complaints. I have two connections and i want my money back as soon as possible. Anotherwise am going for court to sue the company. Please solve the problem as soon as possible under the rights provided by government to consumer

Sir independent tv not provided proper service in last five month took money for yearly basis but not provided any services still close right now poor service thay provided in very first day took money for a year in advance but not provided any services thay told me in when i buying this d2, h service provider they took hole money in advance told me provided hole channel including hd channels but not provided any of this after two months they people cheated me and lots of other people

मैं नवंबर2018 से इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी का कस्टमर हू। लेकिन जब से ये dth लगवाया है सर का दर्द ले लिया है कभी चैनल बन्द हो जाते है कभी पिक्चर रुक रुक के चलती है। और अब तो हद हो गयी है 13 जून2019 से सारे चैनल ही बन्द कर दिए है और दोबारा चैनल चलने की कोई उम्मीद नकहि दिखाई दे रही हैं पहले बोलै 22 जून को चलेगा अब बोल रहे है कि 3 जुलाई के बाद चलेगा।
अब हमें तो अपने पैसे वापिस चाहिए और कुछ नहीं।

Mere pass 4 connection hai 1 year wale kisi bhi box par service nahi aa rahi hai aur jab customer care se baat karte hai wo nayi date bta deta hai service resume hone ki sir pls meri help kijiye pls sir aapka bahut dhnyewaad hoga sir mai aapke reply ka intzaar karunga ok sir...

Independent tv is fraud company, in november 2018, i have take this connection as the co. Claims that it will telecast all the channels available in the platfom by only paying 2000/- as annual subscription. After few months it stops many channels as saying its a trai guidelines. And now from 20 days it stops it service completely. I want my full amount back. Because company is a fraud, they are not responding in their complaint helpline also. Initially the said we are upgrading, in some time we will back but now their helpline are also not reachable. Now i cant wait till their upgrading, plz revert my amount to me. Thanks.

I have been not seeing any tv channel for last 21 days (2june to 23june) and there is no response from customer care. From some other news independent tv delayed for restarting all channel. So i want my money back for rest of the month which i subscribed for 1 year.
There is no response from independent tv, no call, no message and no mail so what to do? They have taken 2500/- for 1 year subscription and it suddenly stop.
So i don't want to continue with independent tv, i want my refund.

Independent TV not working from last 20 days which was subscribe 1year free with set up box.
But last 20 to 23 days it's stopped working and hd channels stopped working from last 2 to 2.5 month before.
Also toll free number is not working.
There having no communication with company.
This is Reliance partner as per my knowledge and same experience about Reliance DTH TV before 1 to 1.5 year ago, there was I lost my money which was recharged for one year silver pack.

Hope we will get positive response from this.

Independent tv earlier known by reliance big tv not working wef 11th june 2019.
This company promised to provide huge list of channels and gradually have cut short all channels. From june, altogether service is stopped.
They have received approximately 3k from each consumer in one shot during installation and now have vanished.

Where have they eloped?

I am manoj k n customer of independent tv from 29- dec-2018.
From april most of the channels were removed against the promise of giving channels for one year subscription, which i have paid already for freedom 1999 and activated on 29 dec 2018.

But from 12th june all the services are stopped.
Error showing that
"due to bad weather at your site or from transmission site, signal is not available."

I tried to reach customer service but no one is attending the call. They provided one mobile number ([protected]) for getting call back, give missed call but not received any call back.
