Sir this company doesn't' satisfy the customer and now it's change the time day by day. About resolve the issue of no signal error so i want my money refund

We took this dth during december, channels were flourishing and were in good shape for 2-3 months, suddenly during mid march, channels started to freeze and sometimes showing unavailability. By the initials of april month, my dth stopped working, infact all the channels got vanished and right from the time till now, i have only watched channels appearing again on the tv only for 8-10 days. I'm furious rightnow as i'm unable to watch world cup, also their customer service is worst thing ever happened to humankind. I have tried dialing them more than 20 times, still it is always unattended or on waiting, that too very rare. I'm, seriously, done with their service. Now i'm just looking forward for my refund, which comes to around 2200rs i suppose. This is it.

"due to bad weather at your site or from transmission site, signal is not available."

I had paid annual subscription to indipendent tv, but program net work is not coming last 12 days.
Please arrange to refund my annual subscription amount of ₹ 2700/-
Other wise i will lodge fir against indipendent tv for fraudulent case.

Independent tv make's false promises to their consumer. As they were said we will get all channels free for one year while purchasing their services. But since 12th june it was totally off & they given update that it will be resumed on 22nd une 2019, now today customer care executive told that it will get resumed on 3rd july 2019. This is totally cheat with us. We want our money back

I v n shinde booked online dth connection 21/03/2018. No a 12953040. After one year installation done. But from month of march 2019 disconnect one by one channel and at last totally shutdown tv. Hey m independent consumer hu is company se shuru m box purchase krte huye 1 year ka full hd channells ki service provide krwane ki commitment ki thi ab ye company ek b channels ni dikha rhi or date p date de rhi hai ab muje is fraud company se nhi judna mene customer care m bhi kafi baat ki hai

But unhone bola sir maffi chahte hai ab company ki goodwill khtm ho chuki mene ye connection 3000rs m liya tha or muskil se 2-3 mahine service li hai muje mera paisa refund chahiye nhi to m consumer court tak bhi ja skta hu

From last 7 days independent TV is not working it is giving error400 signal lost weather condition at your location or a proper site may have effect bus service.
we have paid all the amount and they will give assurance that they will provide a 1 year free subscription
customer care number not working this is very big fraud.
I need a refund for that

Worst service and quality o have face in my whole life govt should beore strict against this kind od fake commitment feom the company...If govt is not able to take hard calls then after some months or years another company like this will stand and again we well be fool so have proper regulations...See developed countries and compared overself where we stand be mature...#independent tv

i want my refund

I brought my Independent TV set-top box on December 2018 with 1-year annual subscription for all HD & SD channels and 5 years subscription for all FTA channels at Rs.2500 +300 for fixing, after a few months of service they stopped maximum channels, English entertainment channels. Even when the channels were coming - The signal quality is also very poor. now all channels have been stopped since 12th Jun'19 and none of their customer care executives have answer when the service will be resumed.

We as a customer feel cheated and wants to claim for a full refund of our money

Independent TV has stopped its services from 12th June 2019. I bought & installed this Independent TV D2H in the month of January 2019 by paying the rental amount for next one year i.e. Rs. 2300/-. Initially we were able to watch all channels but after TRAI guideline they stopped all the HD and many other SD channels. When we complaint for this, Independent TV did not responded for anything.

Now we are fed up with this Independent TV services. When we asked to return the amount from Independent TV customer care they denied.

Requesting you please look in to this matter and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Now today again they called me saying there network will be available on 3 july 2019. Now I have no option but to go for another DTH service provider. I want refund of my money...

Independent TV make's false promises to their consumer. As they were said we will get all channels free for one year while purchasing their services. I buy their set top box for 2600 rupees. But from last 4 months they were changing our packages. Firstly they removed all the HD channels then they removed star, sony, zee, colours, kids pack ect. and now no service is their, it's showing 400 error from last week. What's goin on?

They were just Troubling their consumers. I request you to start our services as soon as possible or otherwise refund our money. Also I want to know are they going to extend our services for a month ( for giving this trouble)

Also I am not happy with TRAI rules. Previous rules are better than this new rule ( purchasing every channels for different price). TRAI please do something we are not happy with your new rule.

I have purchase independent TV DTH on 25th December 2018 on paying a cash deposit of Rs. 1999/- and at that time the company had given one year subscription of all the channels including HD.

In above mentioned scheme of Rs. 1999/- INDEPENDENT TV had provide all SD and HD channels.

But after two months, I am facing signal issue and many other problems.
In February, 2019, Independent Tv DTH company had blocked all HD channel, while inquiring about the same the customer care of Independent Tv told me that according to new TRAI rules now HD Channels are no more available in this pack and you have to paid extra for it.

And in March - April many channels of star group has been not available on Independent TV DTH.

And from last approx. ten days all the channels were blocked.

And now I want to refund my all the amount of Rs. 1999/- and I do not want to continue with this poor service of Independent TV DTH.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
