Dear sir, I purchased 03 DTH connections of independent TV into he month of March 2019. At time of purchase of connections 1 year plans with all chennals offered but after some time plans changed without our consent also in each month their channels of star, zee and colours etc., Closed few days. Now from 12 July 19. Whole setup is closed and no resolution given to us.

As they are unable to provide the service we want our money back.

      Main independent TV ka set top box liya tha tab mujhe kaha Gaya tha ek saal ke liye Zee TV Star Plus Sony e sab ek saal ke liye is package main main aapko recharge nahi karna padega Aaj 20 Dino se independent ki sari seva band hai aur Mera TV mein ek bhi channel nahin a Raha customer care mein call karo to call nahi lag rahi hai mujhe mere se 2 Box ke badle mere paise refund chahiye

        Hello Sir/madam

        On the date of 22.09.2018. I purchased 2 Connection of Independent tv dth @2300 per connection for 1 year, also which is wrote on independent tv site. They promised to provide all HD channels and other channels for 1 year free but they couldn't provide me hd channels and other channel like full package of Zee, full package of TV 18, All UTV channels etc. They promised to installed dth connection within 15 days but I got installed after 2 to 3 month so at every step they lie. Now my all channel not working and I see error 400 written on tv since last 20-25 Days. Now So I want to refund my money for my both Dth connection which is total 4600 for both. So please help me to refund my money and please resolve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

          The time when I purchased my independent connection I was told that I will get all paid channels & HD channels and all of a sudden my plan was changed with out my concern & many channels were missing every time one or the other & from past few days no channel are coming
          Request trai to please help & give orders to independent TV company for refund or restart all promised channels till my plan validity & extended the validity which we loss by few channels missing & all channels closed

          Please do the needful.

            Hi, the box is showing error 400. Complained about this 15 days ago. Problem not yet resolved. Everytime your customer care reply to get in touch in 24 hours. Its being harrassing now. Pls rosolve the problem at your earliest or get your system out of my house if your company is helpless. Customers dnt have such free time to keep wasting on you

              My DTH Connection starts from 22-Dec-2019, After one month lots of channels disconnected and not comes... and in mid of May all channels stopped, i called their customer support and logged complaint on 21-May-2019 after many tries. And since then i followed up them many time but complaint not resolved yet, they always say technician will visit tomorrow, but that tomorrow never comes from last 1 month.

                We had subscribed independent TV and paid for 1 year. But we are not getting proper services as said by company. And from last many days they have completely closed there service.
                So I need my money back. They are giving new dates each and every time but I do not trust them n I want some other able DTH for my self. So please I m fed up completely with there services
                Sir I was taken independent tv channel at fab 2019 and I will paid 1 year advance money and that time they said all channel will come after the new rules of TRAI but now last 3 day not a single channel come on tv so plz some strict action against them if they will not solved their problem than I went my money back from company.

                Hi,

                I'm getting Error 400 from past couple of days none of the channel is getting streamed please fix it ASAP. followed all the steps for checkouts.
                Pluged off and plug in the adapter and tried to change the channel numbers but still the same issue. kindly look into it ASAP.

                Indpendent tv after promising to serve all channel in 1800 rupees are not fulfilling them they cut channel day by day freezing problem also stop service and when we call then for returning money or fir service they not helping us

                  Independent TV CA ID 05F916F5 is not working Its giving error 400 signal lost. Weather condition at your location..

                  Its more then month Its giving same error message in all weather. We have been cheated for full year subscription free.

                  We got the connection in group. We all are cheated. Facing same problem.

                  Neither signal nor signal strength showing.

                    I have taken the service of independent set box for one yer but after 3 months half of the channels are gone. It started to hang while operating. Now a days error 400:no signal appears. At first all hd channels were gone. Then all stars channels gone. Now all zee networks and color channels gone.Fed up of the service of this provider. I want my refund.

                        Sir, independent tv is fraud company he disappoint his services we face many problems like icc world cup. But independent tv any change his decision like picture hanging problem and anytime stars channels not come any time zee and colors channels are not supported So, what will do? We will refund our money back or take any action.

                          I brought my Independent TV set-top box on 14th Oct 2018 with 1-year annual subscription for all HD & SD channels and 5 years subscription for all FTA channels at Rs.2500, after a few months of service they stopped all HD channels, then they stopped all ZEE network channels, English entertainment channels now all channels have been stopped since 12th June and none of their customer care executives have answer when the service will be resumed. Even when the channels were coming - The signal quality is also very poor. We have come to know that due to some overdue payments to broadcasters and ANTRIX - they have stopped service of Independent TV.

                          We as a customer feel cheated and wants to claim for a full refund of our money

                              Dear sir/Medam, I have purchased independent dishtv 3 months ago but from 2 months I'm facing to many issue like channels are frizzing, not showing some channels, etc. From last 10 to 15 days all channels are available and showing error like Sattelite is disconnected. I don't want to see Independent tv from now. I want my full money back. I want refund

                              I have purchase new independent tv set up box with one year package all chenal but after one month without my consert chage my package. so many chenal remove the package. now totally closed services so refund my payment..

                                I Have Purchased and installed independent tv last 3months with plan for 1 year from them, Last one month they are not showing, Colours all Channel, Zee all Channel and Any kids channel. Now from 12th June no channel is coming on my independent tv. no any one give any satisfied response when all channel come back. We feel cheated as we have paid for full month and not able to see the any channel on my TV.

                                  Dear sir, i am a customer of independent tv but independent tv fraud/chit me, i had installed independent tv Last 3month. I had taken the plan for 1 year from them, after few months they removed few channels without giving any intimation to us. Since more than one month they are not showing, all Colours Channel, all Zee Channel, Any kids channel. Now from 12th June no channel is coming. as per customer care executive they told us that the TV will not come till 22th of June. You are kindly requested to intervene in this matter as they are not listening to us. We feel cheated as we have paid for full month and not able to see the TV and they are not able to provide us any satisfied services to customer. So Sir, I want to refund my amount and withdraw this poorest DTH service urgent basis.

                                    Dear sir, i am a customer of Independent tv dish service. At the time of installing the dish in November 2018, and book the dish in the month of march 2018 with 500 rupees advance amount and total amount 2250 at the time of installing, 8 month they take to install it. I opted for freedom pack 1999. In this pack they give me full one year free subscription of all channels ( SD and HD). But after few months HD channels are out of my pack and after few days, english channel and many more channels are also out from my pack. When i contact them with customer care they tell me about new trai policy, in which all these channels are not free. If i want to continue to see these channels i want pay for them. Firstly they give us free channels subscription at the time of purchase and then they change it in few months, it is wrong doing by Independent tv. And then after few months star channels are stop and then zee and Viacom 18 and from 15 june all the channels are vanished and Error 400 is shown on the screen. I want a strict action against independent tv, so they did not harras their customers anymore. They don't have any customer care service, they change their number always and gives us new number who did not work. And the 4 days i want to contact them but failed in all attempts. I want my full money back. And take strong action against them.

                                        My name is Ramanand Sharma and my Customer ID [protected], S/N- [protected]. I purchase the set top box ₹ 3000 on February 4, 2019. In which it was said that according to TRAI rules, all channels are free HD channels too. But later the HD channels were shut down. In the middle, the channel of Zee and Colors were also closed and the service is not getting good, the whole channel is disappearing sometimes. And on June 12th 2019, the entire channel is closed and after talking to the customer care, we are speaking that we can not say anything, it is being said that Wait until 19th June.I do not want such a service please refund me.
