I have purchased independent tv in December 2018 for 1 year package but service is not working properly since the day of purchasing. Currently it is showing error as 'Tuner not locked'. There is no customer support team also. The person who had installed it he is also not picking up the call. I am very much irritated with this service. I have invested Rs 4000 in a [censored] I feel. Very bad experience bad service.

I have purchased independent tv 14 months ago they promised me to give one year free subscription of all chaanels and after 10 months they install their set top box and take rs.2250 but from the day 1 the are harrassing me sometime they stop all the channels of star, sometime they stop all the channels of zee and on 12 june 2019 they stop all the channels when i call on customer service it always be busy. I am totally harrased with this independent tv I need my refund.Please, help me to get out of this. My customer id -[protected]. Independent t.v. give bad services to consumer and whatever they say to the customer they give all channel s.d +h.d free hold year to watch but they not given the service but now when i switch on the t.v showing me error 400 and some time the picture is hanging and january or feb not give all star. when they resume the all star channel .then they all zee and all color channel not given and suddenly the t.v satellite services stop so now i want refund my money back.

I have bought new INDEPENT TV DTH pack for one year by recharge of Rs.1999 at
[protected] with HD and SD channels.but after FEBRUARY they have close HD channels with reason of due to TRIE RULES . then after month they have also close ENGLISH MOVIE channels . and now about 5 JUNE 2019 they have close ALL CHANNELS with reason of due to ( ERROR -400 SIGNAL LOST) weather condition at your location or at Broadcast site may have affected your service. And they have don't receive calls in customer care.so please take action against company .

My name is Ashish Patel and my customer ID is [protected]. from 12 june independent tv not provided it's services hence before that also not provided channels as per it's committmen. my contact number is [protected]. Also change my plan without my permission. Most of channels not coming from starting. I have total 2 connection and both are not working. Also customer care number not reachable. So i want refund my money as soon as possible.

I have baught independent tv in oct. 18, and company promice to give all hd and non hd channels for one year, and i have paid for one year that time. But from feb 19 to 13 june most of channels are removed from package and all other channels are remain freezing all time. On 13 june it stop all its survice and we are in completely dark what to do. We want our refund for not providing survice.

Few months ago I purchased a connection of independent tv for 2800 rs
From 13th of June it is not telecasting any channel I don't want to continue the service anymore and wantes to get my money refund they gives a date of 19 jute to continue their service but they didn't do so and now the date is 22june buy I don't want the service from independent tv anymore and wants to get my money refund

My registered mobile number with independent tv [protected], i suscripbed independent tv around 4-5 months earlier, and i choosed the plan in which all channels including HD. But after 1-2 months they changed my suscription plan without any prior notice or ask to change and they also shut few more channel later on but after 13 june 2019 they suddenly shut their services without any prior information and now they are not providing their services and they continuously delay their services start date. So i dont want to continue the suscription and i want my refund as soon as possible.

Dear sir/Medam, I have purchased independent dishtv 3 months ago but from 2 months I'm facing to many issue like channels are frizzing, not showing some channels, etc. From last 10 to 15 days all channels are available and showing error like Sattelite is disconnected. I don't want to see Independent tv from now. I want my full money back. I want refund. Thanks.

Sir apka setup box maine 3 munth pahle Liya tha Suru ke 1munth to sab thik tha but pichle 2munth se bahut problem aarhi hai? Pahle to chenal me problem sir signal Mai. problem fir aapne ab to pura set-up box hi band kar diya ?aab or nhi chahiye sir aapko sevaye please aap humhara pisa refund kar digiye taki hum koi dushra set-up box le shake ? Kyoki aapko to humhari problem nhi samaj aati ???????????

Independent Tv doesn't proivde us services. Channels are regularly going away, But at this time their services are totally shut down...
So, I want to refund my money Rs 2500/- which we have paid at the time of connection and they promise that this money will be refunded if you dissconnet the Independent Tv...

I want my refund of indipendent tv! I dont want this service and fraud company! They have promised so much but not even able to could normal services! Services is stopped! From last 10 days!

I was promised hd channels and all the channels for 1 year but they shortened the channels first and then now their service is stopped and they are not even answering complaints!

I dont want this service and want my refund back!

This service was off on 13 June and he can say that he will start service 19 June then say that after 22 June will start there so I want that I cannot see Independent TV so company refund my payment. I can purchase this DTH box on December after 2 month they can off so many channels but OK after they they said if you want to continue watching these channels you paid money so I want please refund my payment Thanks

Ist independent tv change the dth plan without my consent & violets trai rules & guidelines. Then stops all the dth channels,
Then stops some sd channels on account of technical issues & now we are not receiving any service/signal from 12th june, 2019 onwards.

Independent tv now turns to a fraud company. They are not paying their dues to opeartors.

I want complete refund of my 5 dth connections.

I Manish dwivedi from bhadohi U.P. India.my contact no is [protected] I have taken full channel subscription for one year of indenpendence tv in Oct2018. They have provided me full channel for few months and from june 2019 the complete channel was blocked. I have called so many times to customercare but I didnt got any reponse from their side. There are lots of customer in our area who were facing the same problem. So I kindly request you do the needfull and take some strict action against this dth.

I have got the connection on december 2018 customer id [protected], but from 2nd february they are switching off many channels and all hd channels. As per there terms they are supposed to give all channels for 1year. Several times i tried to contact through there customer care but no answer and also mailed but no reply so far. As per trai rules service provider has to provide till the date as per agreement.

What to do when no response from there side.

Independent tv customer care is not taking action either for refund of Rs.3400/ with installation charge.

Using independent tv since 4-5 months while they provide service they assured all channels to be viewed for 1 year...bt after 1 month Hd channels are not available then star channel were not available then zee channel were not available..
Now i cant even watch a single channel plz help.
First they said that the services will be resumed by 22nd june then noww they are saying that it will be resolved by july 3rd plz help us & refund my money asap..

Please refound my money.. i have not watching independent tv on 11 june. Independent tv Services very poor. Last 3 month. I have any complaints on customer care again again but no response. kbhi star ke channel chala jaata h. Kbhi zee ke .. kbhi colour ke.. itni poor Service kisi bhi dth ki nhi h. Am already use 2nd dth airtel good service provider.. but independent tv poor.. please refound my money..
