Dear sir,
I am Sagar Barodiya from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). I used independent TV d2h last 6 month. But unfortunately independent TV services are very poor. I am very unhappy and I can't see zee and Colors channels last 2 month.last 8 day independent TV not given to single channels on setup box. Whenever I switchon the TV I showing no signal on weather conditions on TV display. I decided I don't want to independent TV more. Please refund my money please help me this regarding

    Hello sir my name is mahesh kumar and my mobile number is [protected], [protected]
    On January 11, 2019 i buy two connection of independent tv, they give me one year plan in 2000 Rs, so i pay 4000 rupee for 2 connection
    But in February they migrate my plan without my permission and in april star channels are stopped and resume after 20days and many times it has screen freezing problem and i may 4 zee channels are stop and on may 8 all colours channels are stopped, and screen freezing problem occurs many times,
    But on 13th june in night all channels are stopped of all customers
    And still not resumed
    The company didn't take any action and i feel cheated
    And this activity make a mental torture to every customer
    Please help me
    I want my refund
    Please give it to me.

          My Set top box # is [protected], I purchased Independent tv on 29 Dec 2018 . First they promised that we will get 360 channel and 8 HD channel for an year. Later they stopped all the HD channel then they removed Star network channel . After this viacom 18 and finally Zee network removed too.

          And from 12 June the complete services are stop due to non payment of charges to Antrix corporation.

          I just need refund for my money which i paid to them, no need there services any longer even if they restart the channels.

            to day morning i recived call form no[protected] he ask me you are complain for indipendet tv i will say yes he ask me send your addhar no i will say i have a no hard copy my addhar he ask of after he ask me if you resolve this complain in 24 hours you pay me rs 20 i will ask him i will not pay to you becuse i dont know who are you after he ask me ok if you not intrested resolve complain i will close this compalin i will ask ok close but i dont konw who is this but i will inform you thakns vimalkelaiya

I paid Rs.2500 in advance for the whole year package but on after one month they cut down some channels to show we ignored it after some time few more channels stopped and now on 12th June onwards nothing is showing not even single channel . This is a cheating. I don't want this connection. So I want refund my amount...

                I have purachase a DTH connection of independent tv on 28 December 2018, now they are not providing any of the channels currently its been a week no action has been taken by the company to provide the services . I paid Rs.2700 in advance for the whole year package but on after one month they cut down some channels to show we ignored it after some time few more channels stopped and now on 12th June onwards nothing is showing not even single channel . This is a cheating. I don't want this connection. So I want refund my amount.

                  I had installed Independent Tv, it was working good till February then they have stopped to broadcast all the HD channels but we were fine like it okay. But then they have stopped to broadcast mostly channels. Then again they have moved our package to Best Fit Plan without informing or taking our concern. Still the Zee Network channel not working after many assurance fro the customer care. Given many complaint but no action. When we have installed this Independent Tv DTH, they said all the channels will be same even after TRAI rule and for that we had paid Rs2500 in Advance for one year. Now all the channels are stopped from 12th June. Please refund the amount, just want refund, irritated with the service.

                          I, Pardeep Kumar, established a DTH connection of Independent TV at my home in December 2018 and paid a total amount of Rs. 2500/- for this connection for 1 year subscription in which I was assured by the company that all the paid channels will be provided to me at free of cost for 1 year as well as some HD channels too. But after a month they changed my pack and removed all the HD channels without my consent while TRAI has already declared that all the existing customer will get the same package which is promised by the company at the time of purchasing the DTH connection.They did not stop here, they time to time removed some SD channels too. I was suffering the freezing channels problem too in this duration. Now they totally removed all the remaining channels from 10 days. From the beginning Independent TV Company trying to cheating and befooling me. Now I want to refund my money or if it not possible then I must be provided all the SD and HD channels which were promised me by the company at the time of purchasing of DTH connection with compensating the whole period whenever I was unable to get the proper DTH services. So, I request you to please take a necessity action against my complaint. I will be very grateful to you.

                              We have independent tv but its not working and i have complained them so many time they are just posting the date it will start but they its not started till now . I have done recharge till December and they are not even bothered about coustomer . They just removes all the channels because of which we are able to view television. And my money is also wasted.

                                मेने February 2019 को इस का connection लगाया था। 1 year तक free कहा गया था सारे चेनल इसके लिए मुझ से 2500 rs भी लिए गए थी।। और यह अब जून 2019 में आपने सेवा नही दे रहा।।।और customer care पर भी कुछ जवाब नही आया रहा है।।

                                इस कुछ कारवाही की जाये ।और हम लोगो का पैसा वापस दिलवाया जुए।।

                                    I have subscribed to Independent TV’s annual plan and after one month they have started broadcasting major channel’s service and now from last 3 weeks nothing is showing on TV and even their customer care number is not working. They have looted money from us & also their executives have switched off their phone.

                                    I tried many times calling them but their phone is not reachable, they never respond to our emails, tweets, etc.

                                    I have been facing this issue from past 6 months. Most of the times channels get disappeared every now and than.

                                      I ever seen worst service like this and never expected from reliance company, everytime no signal error 400 and no service to paid channels like Zee and colors network since two months still not resolved, wrote mail to nodel officers also but no response and customer care number [protected] is dummy number never connected to CC to raise complaint and tried call back number they dint called me so i have paid for 1 service for all channels but i m completely unable to utilise because of interrapted service from relaince independent tv.. Please take nessassary action.

                                        Sir, from 12th June onwards, independent TV services was not working or they can't show it all channel. They had taken 12 months charges RS.2000/= but after six months, independent TV can't show it any channel. I am asking you, why they had cheated customer. Regarding this matter, I want to know it that trai had taken any action or not. So it's my request that I want my 2000/= back. Please give it reply, what we are supposed to do it. Let them inform.
