i have purachase a DTH connection of independent tv and now they are not providing any of the channels currently its been a week no action has been taken by the company to provide the services . I paid Rs.2500 in advance for the whole year package but on after one month they cut down some channels to show we ignored it after some time few more channels stopped and now on 12th June onwards nothing is showing not even single channel . This is a cheating. They took money in advance from us and now they are providing nothing to us. There 4-5 more house in our colony suffering from same dth problem .
Please do the needful action against the company.

I have subscribed to Independent TV’s annual plan and after one month they have started broadcasting major channel’s service and now from last 3 weeks nothing is showing on TV and even their customer care number is not working. They have looted money from us & also their executives have switched off their phone.

I tried many times calling them but their phone is not reachable, they never respond to our emails, tweets, etc.

I have been facing this issue from past 6 months. Most of the times channels get disappeared every now and than.

I ever seen worst service like this and never expected from reliance company, everytime no signal error 400 and no service to paid channels like Zee and colors network since two months still not resolved, wrote mail to nodel officers also but no response and customer care number [protected] is dummy number never connected to CC to raise complaint and tried call back number they dint called me so i have paid for 1 service for all channels but i m completely unable to utilise because of interrapted service from relaince independent tv.. Please take nessassary action.

Sir, from 12th June onwards, independent TV services was not working or they can't show it all channel. They had taken 12 months charges RS.2000/= but after six months, independent TV can't show it any channel. I am asking you, why they had cheated customer. Regarding this matter, I want to know it that trai had taken any action or not. So it's my request that I want my 2000/= back. Please give it reply, what we are supposed to do it. Let them inform.

I have purchase a DTH connection of Independent Tv and now they are not providing any of the channels currently even i have buy some channels from ALacarte pack as well but they didn't gave me that channels as well as it is creating lot of problems that is we cant entertain ourselves due to unavailability of channels..
So i request you to kindly take any initiative step against this fraud company and refund my amount of 2250

I booked for Big TV in April 2018 by paying Rs.500/-. In January 2019, i received a call regarding mu booking of DTH Service. I paid Rs.2000/- and the person who came at my home installed Independent TV STB telling me that the name was changed, But the service will continue for 1 Year in free.

After 2 Month all the HD Channels was shut down. Before 15 Days to 3 Weeks All ZEE & COLOURS Channels not broadcasting.

In last week, the local dealer told me that on 15th June all channels will be start. Today on 15th June, when I enquired the local dealer at Kolhapur Chinmay Electronics told to wait till 22nd June. He also offer me Airtel TV Subscription by paying Rs.1000/- for One Month free.

I cann't understand whats happening? Whether Independent TV was Closed or it's a marketing policy of Airtel TV

My name rajesh gattani son of late n c gattani district varanasi we are the zonal distributor of independent brand dth service while thinks are so all of a sudden on the inter evening night 12-june-2019 at 10.30 pm trnsmission of the dth service of independent tv were blackout all india arround 20 lakh customer and the services were suspendend on account of satelite connect disconnection as the manegment of the company could not satteled matters with antrix and company has shared a message with its customer on its landing page as follows " dear customer our service will be suspended on a/c of satelite signal disconnecton". Same here expected to resume only june 22. 2019.
Totally fraud and cheated by company i request your honourable authority to conduct an inquiry into this matter and punish the culprits and do justice to 20 lakh customer.

Since more than 15+ days TV channels are not working and showing just a error massage as per below. and there are no response from company side when we try to call them, no one is able to connect with customer care or any authorities to Independent Tv.

" Error - 400 Signal Lost" Weather condition at your side or Broadcast side may have affected your service."

and there is not toll free number or any customer care number is working to solve the problem.

Kindly refund the amount.

सर ३ महीने पहले मैंने इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी लगवाया । कंपनी ने और डीलर ने एक साल फ्री चलेगा ऐसा बताया गया जिसके लिए मैंने 1999 रुपए का भुगतान किया । लगभग कुछ दिन सब कुछ ठीक चला लेकिन एचडी के सारे चैनल कंपनी ने बिना कोई जानकारी दिए बंद कर दिए । मैंने डीलर से पूछा बोला एक हफ्ते में सही हो जाएगा सर्वर की समस्या है ।।।। मैंने एक सेटअप बॉक्स और लगवा लिए उसके कुछ दिन बाद ही सारे चैनल बन्द हो गए कुछ दिन के लिए कस्टमर केयर पे कॉल लगता है नहीं लेकिन एक दिन कॉल लगा बोला रिबूट करना पड़ेगा मैंने कहा करो उन्होंने किया तो गिनती के १० या २० चैनल आने लगा । ११ जून के बाद से कोई भी चैनल नहीं आ रहा है । मैंने ही नी जिन्होंने भी लिया है मेरे मार्केट में किसी का भी । ना सिग्नल आ रहा है ना कॉल लग रहा है । श्री मान जी से निवेदन है कि जो मुझे मानसिक रूम से भी और आर्थिक रूप से भी समस्या हुई है मै उसकी भरपाई कंपनी से चाहता हूं । और कंपनी पे कड़ी करवाई की भी उम्मीद करता हूं । हमारे देश में ही रह कर हमरे देश वासियों को ही बेवकूफ बना रहे है । ये बहुत दुखद है । कृपया उचित करवाई करने का कृपा करे ।

Independent tv not working last 15 day at junagadh gujarat no response customer care phone no is not receive our call.every time local distributors ask me update for settalite how many time to update every month 15 day close for update this is not big tv but this is big chor i can't believe for reliance big chor big chor big chor pls solutions our complain.

We bought this new Independent Tv DTH(later we realized Relaince BIG TV name changed as Independent TV), Paid 3500 for 1 year unlimited channels and 5 years free to air channels.its just 4 months and for the past 1 week, not even a single channel is coming.worst customer care, they wont respond to you.totally big fraud and waste of money.Company must take this issue as serious and resolve it ASAP.

और उन्हें independent tv के कारण होने वाली असुविधा के लिए अतिरिक्त राशि दें।
तब उन्हें एहसास हो सकता है कि जब यह हमारे पास आता है तो कैसे दर्द होता है ...
Pls इस समस्या को जल्द से जल्द हल करें ...

I have opted the Independent TV connection in March 2019 with HD channels pack. Around last month the HD channels have stopped working and from last week I am unable to see any paid channels, also whenever I am trying to contact given Independent TV customer care number it's always busy and I just can't reach to them. I had sent multiple emails for this but no reply, this is pathetic and I am not sure what else I should do to get it rectified.

As many of complaint against Independent TV regarding different issues...
Same Problem is faced by everyone so kindly look in to this matter and refund total amount paid by the customer...
And give them extra amount for inconvenience caused by Independent TV..
Then they can realise how it hurts when it comes to us...
Pls solve this problem as early as possible...

I've installed an independent TV set up box 4 months ago. The dealer told me that all the channels are absolutely free. But after 2 months of installation the half channels were stopped by the independent company and they were telling me that its my mistake that I've not listen properly to the dealer. Now all channels are not working after 4 months of installation. So I recommend to refund me my money.

I am using independent tv from last 4 months, they had offered all channels for 1 1year but now they are removing important channels, we are highly disappointed, also their customer care number is busy everytime, from last 7 days all channels are disappeared and giving us notice..
Error -400 Signal Lost
Weather condition at your location or at broadcast site may afftected your service..

Totally wastage of money, please take action regarding my complain

It's is the worst organisation who cheat all the people's I don't know why government is not taking any action against them they openly cheat all the customer .they commit to give all HD and standard channels one whole year in rs.2400 and not given the service properly for a month, now it's completely flop and stop giving a single channel

इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी मेरे साथ धोखा धड़ी कर रहा है मेने एक साल का पैकेज लिया था अभी उसको 6 महीने ही हुए है और इन्होंने सेट उप बॉक्स की सेवाय बन्द कर दी है और डीलर को मैं फ़ोन लगता हूँ तोह वोह भी मेरा फ़ोन काट रहा है ..आज 5 दिन होगये है और इनकी कस्टमर केयर भी बंद पड़ा है उसपर भी फ़ोन नही लगता.. आप लोगो से विनती है कि आप इस स्मसिया का हल जल्द से जल्द निकले और इनपर करवाई कर के मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस दिलाए ...धन्यवाद

One of mistake i have done that we have installed independent TV, most of time most channels are unavailable some time Star, than Zee and So on. Every week we face new problems, sometime audio turn off automatically for minute and than on and so on.

We are tried hard to contact customer care but most of time its unreachable or busy.

They are not replying emails also.

Very Pathatic and unstable service. Not expected this from Reliance.
