Respected Sir, Customer name : Azharuddin Abdul Rehman Khan

Last year in month of December i bought independent TV and started my pack Rs.1999 + installation charge Rs.500 + av three cord cable Rs.100 Freedom Pack for one year validity.
In freedom pack company promises to give HD and SD both channels for 1 year and told all channels will be same for 1 year even after TRAIs new rules.
But after some time they firstly removes all HD channels from my pack . Later they migrated my freedom pack to some other pack.
After some time some other SD channels also removed from my plan and for long period STAR NETWORKS all channels removed later ZEE NETWORKS challens and COLOURS channels removed.
But worst come when company switch off all the channels on 12th june and not a single channel is available.
I want my freedom pack active for 1 year which is promised by company at the time of installation. With HD and SD both services.
Company customer care service is too poor calls didnt get connect and no reply for complaint mails.

Please take some strict action against them. Its like they took our money and “looted” us. Take some action against them.
And please help me as early as possible.

    Sir,
    I having 2 connections [protected] but independent tv fraud/chit me, he has taken fees of one year but now he is regularly remove many channels to his platform, Also since may 2019 .now i made a complant thrice, since last monts have been lodge 4 complaint but they did promise to definatly come executive for resolve your services within 24 H but no one come since last 1 months either servises is dump overall. No body should take responsibilty on the behalf of independent tv . All chenels are stop tv screen only showing thats Error 400 again show error 400, and not start all channels, only show Error 400. So i am fedup and frusteted this servise Sir, I want to refund my amount and withdraw this poorest DTH service urgent basis.

      First of all reliance big tv has unfair trade practice.no customer care number is active .no service center available in pune maharashtra 411021.they dont provide single customer service center after sales. hd satellite receivers not working properly.intermittent viewing of channels.no package of chanells is suitable for customers.free channels are also not given to customers.see their marketing site and advertise when they promise to give channels free for one year .they dont given even free channels .their set top box do not working ant cant be repaired because of no service center povided in pune maharashtra 411021.

        I brought independent tv at rs 3000 for 12 monts and aprox 3 months over and service are got disconnected. Many channel are already get disconnected before 1 months also. They are doing cheating with public. There should be strick and fast punishment so that they will start or give money back please start we are not able to see any thing or we have to take new or other company connection.

          independent tv not working and frauding customers

              I have taken independent tv connection in December 2018 with 2800 amount. Earlier they promised they will give all channels along with HD, day by day they removed channels. They are not giving minimum no. Of channels. In TV always showing techinal problem message from last 3 months. When I am trying to reach out customer care the number is always busy.
              I am not getting any response. There is no point of contact to reach. I am totally frausted with this service. Could you please help to get money back.

                I have independent tv connection and my CA ID is 04359684. Right from the beginning it's not provide good service.Most of the channels are out of service.Single quality is also very good.Customer care no is always busy.I also mail customer care and nodal officer but I didn't get any reply.Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I already paid one year charges.I want my money back please refund my charges waiting for your reply.

                  Dear sir, i am a customer of independent tv but independent tv fraud/chit me, i had installed independent tv in Jan 2019 and in the first month all channels are coming and I had taken the plan for 1 year from them, after few months they removed few channels without giving any intimation to us. Since more than one month they are not showing, Colours, &TV, Zee TV, Any kids channel. On lodging a complaint every time we get a new date but that date never come. Now from 12th June no channel is coming and local operator is also not giving any response of our calls and as per customer care executive they told us that the TV will not come till 22th of June. You are kindly requested to intervene in this matter as they are not listening to us. We feel cheated as we have paid for full month and not able to see the TV and they are not able to provide us any satisfied services to customer. So Sir, I want to refund my amount and withdraw this poorest DTH service urgent basis. Our F/N No.[protected].

                    Dear Sir,

                    This is to inform you that i had installed independent tv in Jan 2019 and in the first month all channels are coming and I had taken the plan for 5 years from them, after few months they removed few channels without giving any intimation to us. Now from 12th Jun no channel is coming and local operator is also not giving any response of our calls and visit and on asking from there headoffice they told us that the TV will not come till 22th of June. You are kindly requested to intervene in this matter as they are not listening to us. Please send this information to TRAI also

                      I am resident of Nashik (Pin Code 422003), Maharashtra. I have installed independent TV in Nov 2018 and subscribed to annual all channel pack (Model : DHA042170, S/N[protected], CA ID : 0430B1E0). But despite this we are not able to access all the channels regularly. In month of March-April-2019, STAR channels are not provided and from May 2019 now Zee Channels and Colors channels are not provided. And since last four days (i.e. fro m 10/04/2019) Error 400 is displayed on the TV, though the whether is very clear in our area. Frequently the picture on TV use to freeze and after complaints this issue is not resolved by the company. It is very tough job to contract their customers care number. The customer care is working for limited period of time. Evasive and stereo type answers are given by them. I feel very regretted that I purchased Independent TV connection, it is my big mistake, it is total wastage of my money. Kindly look into this issue. This is serious customer exploitation case.

                        I want to raise a complaint against Independent TV, i booked it around 15th Nov and it was installed a month later around 15 Dec. Since then each month some or the other issue is raised on the Dth service, first HD channels were remove then slowly slowly other channels were also removed and now its the height, all the channels have stopped working now and there is no information on their resuming back. I am sure you will also understand this as this as thw violation of consumer rights, as none of the promise were full filled. Now i just want to get my remaining account balance as refund, please take this request i consideration and help me in this. Thanks

                          There has been continuous issue in Independent TV signals. For more than a month star channels were not displayed, after that ZEE channel were not displayed. Channels subscription were removed without any information. Also, customer care no. is never reachable. Lot of disturbance in signals. Now complete signal is lost and no response on customer care. This is the most pathetic DTH cable network.

                            We have paid Rs.250o and taken the connection removing the Sun DTH in the view that they will give better than them. But these fools seem to be very useless, Rectless and irresponsible to all the customers. They took money and given the connection and after they come on air they are doing R&D on this on customers. They do not know even after 7 months of inception that what they are doing and whether they are giving support to customers. It is waste of our time listening to they fools and staying. Better we go legally and clear this issue. I am not satisfied with the service they give me. They are not clear on what they are giving and whether they give support ro customer or not/. They keep on increasing the time limit and finally they land up in leaving the customer off the air. Better we proceed with the pressure of asking then to return money back and leave it. If we leave them like this they never give you best service rather we need to ask them for refund of money. If not legally. Unless we do this way they never respond. So this is my opinion and pls give your opinion so that we can go further.

                              The quality of Sound, Picture is very poor. Hangs repeatedly, with in couple of minutes for longer time but if channel is changed it works that too for a minute or so.
                              I had registered JIO TV but was supplied with Independent. Plenty of channels are not screened and are not available. Services are poor. They blame to company and none attends.Assurances are not followed. Who is owner now Mukesh or Anil Ambani.
                              Was forced to switch to other Cable without refund . Wasted 3000 rupees. Need refund.

                                We are very disappointed with services of independent tv for long time and not the single channel is broadcasting now... from last few months firstly their all star channels had stopped broadcasting and then zee and color network now not a single channel..first time when we bought independent tv set up box we have given Rs 2500 to agent and they had promised to us that all channels will come free for one year but now slowly slowly every channel is being disappeared and we have contacted customer service lots of time and we are not satisfied with there answer and we just want our money back my register number [protected]

                                  Sir, independent TV had taken 12 month charges RS.2000/= and they had closed their services from today onwards. 12 months was not completed. So you tell me, what we are supposed to do it. Now, we want our money returned. Independent TV had cheated customer. So take action against this.i had taken this connection from December 2018 and from yesterday onwards, their services was dis continue.

                                      My independent set top box C.A ID - 0600B279 that i had packed all channels for one year on 18/02/2019, but after 10 days almost all channels stopped. Independent tv customer care told me that we are busy for few days so we can't help your. I request you to take strict action against independent tv so that it can not violate the rules of trai in the future. Refund require for all losses..
