In past few days this broadcasting stopped no reply from customer care services phone are not connect stopped channel like Zee And other
Where's filed complaint they taken money from me for whole year but service of this company very poor they're ignoring customers please solve this problem
And start service immediately
I will wait company answer.

Sir hum nai march 2019 mai independent tv Ka dth lagwaya tha id number ki image main attach Kar Di hai. Sir jab lagwaya tha tab distributor nai Kaha tha ki Sare channel aa gaye, liken phale star Kai channel baand kiye phir dheere dheere Sare channel baand kardiye hai. Aaj Ka status yeh hai ki aab koi bhi channel nahi aa rahe hai. Sir hum log customer care par phone milte hai tho milta nahi hai. Ab hum log parshan ho Gaye hai. Jo fraud independent tv wali nai Kiya hai. Sir ko kator set kator saaz Di Jaye aur inka license cancel Kiya Jaye. Kirpa Karke hum logo Kai rupee refund kiye jaye. Aur hum logo ko justice diya Jaye.

As Independent TV has issued scheme for this user that they will provide DTH connection with TV for one year free subscription. Which i availed while i bought TV Setup box. Since two days they have disconnect DTH service due to tax not paid by them. So, where i have to get my refund amount which i paid. This inconvenience not been entertain by us. मेरे द्वारा इंडेपेनेड टीवी मे 1 साल का पैकेज लिया गया था जो मेरे सबसे बड़ी गलती थी जिसके कारण मै अभी वर्तमान मे कोई भी चैनल नहीं देख प रहा हु॰ डीटीएच लगाते समय
कस्टमर केयर ने भी पूरा अस्वासन दिया था की आप को सभी चौनल 1 साल तक फ्री मे चलेगा लेकिन 3 माह बाद पहले HD चैनल बंद किया फिर ZEE TV बंद किया अब 13-6-19 से पूरा चैनल बंद किया ओ भी बिना किसी जानकारी के यह सब TRAI के नियम के कारण हुआ । जिसके कारण आम जनता को परेशानी हुई उसका जबाव दार कौन है और उसका हल क्या है न हीं Independent TV का कस्टमर केयर लगता है और न ही TRAI का
ट्राई बिना बिना सोचे समझे नियम लगाती है जो सिर्फ कंपनियो को फायदा पाहुचाती है और आम जनता को परेशान होती है अभी तक हजारो कम्पलेन के बाद भी अभी तक आप के द्वारा कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई है इसका क्या मतलब है Independent TV और TRAI जनता का पैसा खा गय और इसका हल भी नहीं निकाल पाये

I have taken independent 1 year subscription by paying Rs. 2500. It was pathetic situation always. Initially offer was for all HD channels. But after few days, limited to SD channels. And now I am not getting any channels at all since past 2 days. Just giving an error as weather condition or broadcast site may have affected, call customer service. Tried many number of times to Customer care service, it will be always busy and never get connected. It is worst, that, by paying huge amount in advance and no service provided. My CA ID: 042661DE. Kindly take back this non functional, non reliable, and no response service, and refund back the amount paid. Please don't cheat customers and there is some limit. I beg to say that i want to solution this independent tv company. I got purchased 1 year package 29 march 2019 to 22 February 2020. I am very sad about this service and all inturpted chennel and services by this company so I want to refund my money.
Please sir I want to refund my 2500 rs or continue all services by this company.

I use yearly pack. My pack will be expired in the month Dec 2019

Independent tv cheated its customer frequently. repeatedly problem comes in channel viewing. From 12th june 2019 its signal lost completely showing bad weather. Also facing freezing issues and whole Zee network notwork channels are not comes from last 1.5months. I have called many times in customer care but they don't have any satisfied answer. Since two days they have disconnect DTH service due to tax not paid by them. So, where i have to get my refund amount which i paid. This inconvenience not been entertain by us. All Hd channel get stop when I setup independent TV and all ZEE channel not working from last month and now My all channels get stop from last two days. I am complaint it from mail but still no reply has come. And company number as always shows busy.Cable tv operator of our area does not do anything about this. My CA ID is 0432DF68. if independent TV can not start all channel than give me our 2500 refund.

We bought a set top box from Independent TV and it is not working from last 5 days.
When complain about it they say *Sir, band rahega aapko jo karna hai kar le* when asked how we will be able to watch match of India and Pakistan World Cup they say *sir kuch aur dekh lo*

They Customer Care is not answering anything and we do not have any solution for the problem

Ye independent tv wale khalu wade karte hai ki 1 sal sab free dikhayenge but jab humne ise installed kiya 1 mahina accha chala badme uska issues chalu hogaya Chanel dikhate nahi customer care ko phone kiya to bolenge technical issue hai kuch din wait karo...

Frustrated customer of independent tv

Dear sir, I'm a customer of independent TV before installing the DTH they said all channels are free and some HD channels are also free in charge of RS 2400 for a month but after 2 weeks all HD channels are stopped and other important channels are stopped then we call distributer to solve the problem but he said we are in process of maintaining our system so after some time problem will solved but after a month problem are not solved then we call customer care but they said same as distributer said then after 2 month some other channels are closed and customer care phone has switched off and distributer said we can't do anything this is company problem then this time 4 months problems are as
I request please ban this company because as me many other people in our city are facing the same problem

मैने Independent TV Set Top Box connection फरवरी 2019 में 2000 रुपए देकर एक साल तक का चालु करवाया था जिसमे सभी चैनल्स दिखाने का प्लान था लेकिन दो महीने बाद ही आधे चैनल्स बंद हो गए और अब तो कोई भी चैनल नहीं आ रहा है अभी तो सिर्फ 4 महीने ही हुए थे जब मैं इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी के डीलर के पास गया तो उसने कहा की ये बंद हो गया है और तुम्हे दूसरा लेना पड़ेगा मेरे सारे पैसे डूब गए. मेरे जैसे पता नहीं कितने लोगों के साथ इंडिपेंडेंट टीवी ने धोखा दिया है. जब मैंने इस कंपनी के मालिक को सर्च किया तो मुझे पता चला की ये अनिल अंबानी की कंपनी है. क्या आप इसमें कुछ कर सकते हैं या मैं ये समझू की हमारी देश की सरकार चाहे वो बी जे पी हो या फिर कांग्रेस दोनों ने रिलायंस के भाई बंधुओं को लाइसेंस दे रखा है इस देश के लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाना या उनके पैसे लूटने का.

We have installed independent TV in Jan 2019 and subscribed to annual all channel pack. But despite this we are not able to access all the channels regularly. In month of March-April, STAR channels are not provided and now Zee Channels and Colors channels are not provided. And since last few days Error 400 is displayed on the TV. Their customers care no. is also not accessible. Kindly look into this issue. This is serious customer exploitation case.

It's been 3 months I have been using independent tv but all the time it has some issues and when I bought it they promised to provide all channels but it's not and for everything I paid Rs.3200 for one year. But today it's completely crashed everytime signal error, video glitch and sometimes remote doesn't work too. Most of the common and important channel are never there with the massage ( we are working on it ) but they never do anything.please have a look on it.

I bought independent tv dth in jan19, and they offered 1 year all channels free service invluding hd channels, but the company did not completed its promises . They started discontinuing channels one by one and when i mailed i did not get any response.then i called customer care they told me that services wil be continue after 15 of that month, i waited but no progress were there, even the condition were worse the discontinued more channels, i called dealer and claimed the money but he told me that he is also in same situation and then he gave me no of company, s personnel, he asked me to go to court and file the case against the company . Now i am frustated with thease fraudster and want complete refund along with the compansation for the mental harrasment that me and my family gone through last six months and promoter of this company should be jailed under fraud, misleading customers, Mental harrasment, misutilization of fund, false promises .
Apart from this all the dealers should be punished with monetary punishment for mis leading customers for some extra money with thease fraud companies.
